I initially contacted Edreams for a family trip of 9 in February. At the time, we did not have passport information for one of our family members. After providing all information (birth dates, passport numbers, etc.) I noticed the information under my account was incorrect - all the birthdates were one day off. The next week, there were only 7 seats assigned instead of 8 for the trip home. Each time I contacted Edreams, I spent at least an hour on the phone telling the Customer service rep all of the information that needed to be corrected and they assured me it would be. I did that a total of 8 times - every few weeks contacting Edreams and being told that they "contacted the airline". Then a week later I would get a message that they were not able to "reach" the airline. I called the airline and was told I had to go through EDreams as they made the reservations, and that they respond within 48 hours of any requests. It was back and forth until I begged the airline to fix the missing seat issue which they charged me a fee for.
The trip was in August and as of July we still had middle name issue - I submitted all the requested documents to Edreams and again, only got same answer they were unable to reach the airline.
When it came time for check in, all of the birthdates were still wrong on Edreams site, one middle name was incorrect and nothing was corrected. The app did not work either.
Finally 2 days before leaving we contacted the airline directly and again begged them to help as Edreams was useless in helping. The airline (SATA) was very good and fixed the issues for us - again, at a fee.
It was extremely frustrating constantly calling and emailing EDREAMS and getting absolutely no results.
The stress it caused and the time I spent online trying to get things sorted out was not worth the minor difference in price. As a result, I ended up paying more for things to be fixed that should have been corrected 6 months prior.
Never would I recommend Edreams to anyone.
I booked a flight through EDreams to fly on Vueling Airlines. Received the confirmation of booking and when we got to the airport, Vueling had no record or tickets for our flight.

Hard to contact with real person. Every time I pressed Manage my booking and after pressed change name or change flight, all I saw UPS thi page isn't working. It's my first time using Edreams also.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
