I booked a flexible ticket with this agency, thinking that I would be able to change my flight easily if I needed to. However, when I tried to do that, they gave me a lot of problems and charged me way more than they promised. They never gave me my money back or tried to help me. I talked with many agents by phone and chat, but they were all rude and unprofessional. They lied to me and wasted my time. This is the worst booking agency I have ever dealt with. Do not book with them, they are a scam. They do not care about their customers at all. They only care about taking your money and giving you nothing in return. Stay away from them!
My bag was lost coming into Dublin, recovered mid morning Sept 12 late. Causing me to miss my second flight.

Hi, we arrived at the airport and I encountered a phenomenon that I have not encountered until now. I fly a lot, I got to the check-in position, they asked me to pay for a suitcase for the plane, that's fine, after that they also asked me to pay for carry-on, which is already included in the ticket! I want you to address this matter urgently!

The airline canceled the flights.
EDreams unable to get refund from the airline, despite eDreams claim to fight for refunds
They now are asking me to fight for a refund. This is as simple as it gets...yet eDeams have given up.
It seems the airlines that they deal with consider eDreams a loke
I have booked a ticket from Casablanca airport from you on Airfrance, you have not sent me the ticket confirmation since the day I have booked, you have left me lost there fighting for ticket to fly due to the earthquake that happened in Morocco.
I do know you already have bad reviews but on occasions like this, do not take the money if you are not able to supply me with a ticket.

Received booking confirmation and link to input travel info in a timely manner.
My flight was delayed and I was aware of this 30 minutes or so prior to receiving the delay notification.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
