Pitched the travel insurance in the event I had to change my return date and it happened and needed to change my departure date to return to originating airport…. I was told I had to pay the airline $1600 u.s. for coach seats regardless of the upgraded seats I paid for originally. I ended up calling then airline direct after being "scolded" by the e agent stating they would not allow me to change and I had to cancel my ticket right then and have to wait for a $500 refund for at least thirty days for the refund. This was after I called three times and was on hold no less than thirty minutes each time and was disconnected by the agent and I stayed on the phone and the survey recoding came on each time. When I called the airline had to hold one hour and fifteen minutes and they refused to honor the upgraded seats I paid for. I was treated like trash from the beginning to the end of my journey I will never use this company ever again passenger bill of rights is a complete joke. The agents were diffult tonunderstsnd and they were all muffled and unreadable on top of the fact they had no respect on the phone and were showing signs of anger towards me. The insurance was worthless and the service was pathetic ultimately I paid $3800 for the worse seats on every segment of my journey at that price I should have been in business class or the upgraded sections of the aircraft at the very least I was ripped off …. Flip side is I was able to complete my journey and it was work related business related I'm extremely upset about the entire experience with this travel agency extremely dissatisfied. This survey will land on deaf ears and they will do nothing to correct or rectify how I was charged and treated. I paid the insurance and I was ultimately lied too this company is lying to its customers absolutely. E Dream absolutely not total nightmare

I don't think much needs to be said here as the other reviews have really captured the issues.
If you want to know whether or not you should book with Edreams, read the reviews below and notice 2 things:
1) the only positive reviews are either from customers who booked a simple flight with no issues, or are so obviously fake, written by staff - mostly with poor English that reads as though its part of a marketing campaign.
2) Edreams only responds to the positive reviews. Not a single word is said to anyone who has had a bad experience, they are entirely ignored.
If you are thinking of booking with Edreams, you'd better be feeling lucky. If anything goes remotely wrong with your flights (which is more and more common these days in the post pandemic age), I guarantee you will be without a flight, a refund, or both.
This is how it works - you have a problem so you call up. The person you speak to asks you security questions. Then they read your itinerary to you and ask you what the issue is, so you explain. That person transfers you to another person in a different team, who asks you security questions, and reads your itinerary to you, then asks you to explain the problem, and transfers you to a third person. That third person asks you security questions, reads your itinerary to you, you explain the problem to you. The third person then raises a "priority" task for "the team", and promises you a call back in 24-72 hours to resolve the issue.
Spoiler alert: the call back is never, ever received.
As if that isn't infuriating enough, they will also all repeat the same empty platitudes over and over again which are both condescending and irritating.
Another one of their favorite tricks after you've gone through the above process is to lie to you and tell you that the team tried to contact you, but you didn't answer, so they check your phone number. Its all a script, you will never win.
In Summary - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A SIMPLE MONEY GRAB AND YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. THE STAFF ARE ALL INSTRUCTED TO LIE TO YOU AND HAVE NO INTEREST OR INTENTION OF REFUNDING YOU OR RESOLVING YOUR PROBLEM.
Don't make the same mistake thousands of others have
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
