Great on line agency with good prices

I initially made an reservation via eDreams from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur (6th Aug'22) -> Kuala Lumpur to Auckland (7th Aug'22) with booking reference number: *******303
My flight from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur, operated by Malindo air, was supposed to depart on 6th Aug'22. Malindo air decided to change my booking without prior intimation to the 7th Aug'22. This way, I would have missed my connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to Auckland on the 7th Aug.
I requested eDreams to look into this and eDreams asked me to make another booking and because of the 'connection promise' guarantee, will refund the Malindo air booking. I made another booking via eDreams from Banglore to Kuala Lumpur with booking reference number: *******525 and have raised a request to cancel my booking with Malindo air.
EDreams have CANCELLED MY BOOKING WITH MALAYSIAN AIRLINES - when eDreams should have cancelled the booking with Malindo air. I got in touch with customer support and they agreed that this is a mistake on your end and will look into this and someone will get back to me in 4 hours time.
I have been awaiting a call back for over 28 hours and no one calls back. It is painful in itself to get in touch with the customer support and each time I ring the customer support - they "assure", "promise" and what not, but they do not take any action.
AVOID eDreams at all costs.
For me it's the first time to deal with eDreams, but I feel it's good site's and I hope to continue with the same level

I chose to book flights with eDreams for the first time a year ago- I was looking forward to a trip to Australia in September 2018. I showed up to the airport to find the flights were cancelled. When I called eDreams, after two hours, I was offered to have them rebook my flights in the next few days (losing 25% of my trip). When I asked if the return flights still existed, I was told "no". Granted, the flight cancellation was done by the airline, Virgin Australia.
I was told the refund would take 1 - 3 months. It has now been 6 months. EDreams has NEVER contacted me. I have called them numerous times. When I first called, I was told by eDreams that the airline was holding up the process. I called Virgin Australia and was told they issued the waiver code in September, when the flight was cancelled, and that they were waiting for eDreams to file for the refund. I called back to eDreams and was told to wait two weeks. I called back and was told the airline wasn't answering their calls and that my case was being escalated. I called back; same story.
I was told I could escalate the case by going online and filling out a form, which I did. I have never been contacted by any representative of eDreams.
This brings us to today. I called eDreams again and was told Virgin Australia is not releasing my refund and that eDreams was escalating my case (again). I was told they would have my refund in a week and someone would contact me.
I called Virgin Australia (for a second time). When I explained what was occurring, I was told if I contacted eDreams and had someone call them today, they would issue my refund. Great! A solution! One I found, not eDreams, but a resolution.
I called back to eDreams to inform them of the good news. I was told by the phone agent they were working on it and not to call back.
NEVER EVER EVER work with eDreams. The worst customer service!
The website is very clear however I bought luggage then in the end of procedure I was told that I have not bought the service

When I booked a ticket I consider the bag on carrier, unfortunately, I find the different sizes between cities.
My flight date is 11 may 2023 but when I checked my flight details I see that the flight will flight on may 7, Im confused!
Simple and efficient. Although it would have been helpful to to have more direct warning about the Covid policy of the destibation country.

I don't usually write online reviews, but I cannot remember the last time I have been so frustrated with a customer service experience. Back on June 27th (its August 3rd as I write this), I booked a trip for my daughter and then we realized the return trip date would need to be changed. The Prime agent I spoke with said the easiest thing would be to cancel and rebook the ticket (with proper dates) after a refund. At that time I was told the refund would come in TEN DAYS. Fast forward about two weeks and I still hadn't received anything. I called back, the agent assured me that I was new to the system and it wouldn't happen again and asked for an additional 3-5 days. I called AGAIN at the end of that span and was told 10 days again - which I then suggested was bad customer service. I got a call back AT MY OFFICE within the hour (this was at the end of last week) saying my refund would be expedited within 72 HOURS. Called back today and was again told "do not worry - you will get your refund in 10 days." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! Caveat emptor
Spontaneous experience I will always use edreams, always.
It was so easy and quick to book my flights. Confirmation and details received very quickly too.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
