I've tried it for the first time, traveling from Santa Marta to Bogota and I got my Latam tickets smoothly except for 2 unfortunate things:
1. Automatic check-in service - I paid eDreams for 2 passengers. The next day from the purchase (8 hours before our flight), I got an email from eDreams telling me that the "Automatic Check-in was not successful" and that they're already processing a full refund of the price I paid for that service. It will take up to 7 days or more for the money to be reflected on the Colombian debit account I used. I had to do the online checkin directly to Latam website.
It's been 8 days now and no signs yet of the refund, but I trust them to do what they say. I'll be waiting for more days and hopeful that it will come anytime soon.
2. Hand-carry luggage - eDreams stated in the tickets that the airfare of $1,438,609.86 (for 2 passengers) includes 1 personal bag and (1) 10-kg luggage; however, when I checked Latam website to do the online checkin they're telling me that my accommodation is only allowed to carry 1 personal bag and need to pay additional to be able to bring my 10-kg hand-carry suitcase. We were going back to Bogota and we have each a carry on luggage so I was left with no choice but to pay Latam $119,800 COP more.
I don't know what to say but it seemed that there's a little mishandling and ripping the customers off. I only paid Avianca (direct booking with the airline) around $600,000 from Bogota-Santa Marta for 2 passengers, on the way back I ended up paying a total of $1,558,409.86 with eDreams.
If it wasn't urgent to be back to Bogota that day, I wouldn't be forced to take that deal. I could've just booked directly to the airline to avoid issues like I had.
To eDreams personnel, please just refund my money that I paid for the Automatic check-in services for 2 passengers that didn't work.

It was generally good. Although I entered our DOB's correctly it did not record correctly on my documents.
I had the best experience from the moment I booked the flight and check in and the airport.
Too much spam when i bought the tickets. Was forced to join prime membership. Was hard to cancelled this membership. Felt freuded.

I advice to book with main airline directly or with better known reliable airline site
Overall, the site was user-friendly and quick. However, I didn't expectseat assignments to add so much to the price of the ticket.

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. My husband and I booked a trip to Thailand. We had three flights to get there and three flights to get home. We received notification from edreams that our very first flight to Thailand had a change in departure time. Somehow we were removed from that flight and I did not realize this until shortly before the trip. I called eDreams and they added us back on the flight, or so they said. We were unable to do an online check in for the flight so I called eDreams about 8 hours before the flight to confirm that everything was okay. They said that it was. We show up to the airport and they tell us that our tickets were issued incorrectly and that we needed to handle it with eDreams. When I booked the flights through eDreams I also purchased their "premium service". Included with this was a special phone number and email address to use if I had any issues with my booking. This was a total SCAM. I stood in the airport trying to call the number and it never even rang or connected me to anyone. I sent an email to the "premium service email" and I NEVER got a response. After much pleading at the ticket counter they were able to help us at least get boarding passes to our first layover destination. Every flight to Thailand we had to recheck in and get boarding passes printed and every ticket counter told us there was an issue with how our tickets were issued. It was a total pain. Then on the way home of course it was no different. We got to the airport in Thailand and the ticket counter couldn't resolve our issue causing us to miss our flights home. Of course at this time the "premium service" phone number continued to not work. This company is worthless and really put a lot of stress on us during a trip of a lifetime. I would urge anyone to not use this company even if it saves you a few dollars. The stress isn't worth it. I learned the hard way.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
