Very easy to book online. Fast response through emails regarding return flight booking confirmation.
Alright, got the booking I had made. Concerned price issue seemed different from amount seen on web.
They are the scam! I am suing them through my credit card company. Just do so. Be careful! You cannot get your money back

Easy to locate and book flights but in order to get the reduced fare you have to take up the Edream Prime scheme trial
Edreams does not provide the services announced. They dont purchase only simulate to act as travel agency.
Very misleading online experience with lots of costs added and then an additional 10% increase at the end.

No problem booking however as this was supposed to be a free trial, now having difficulty cancelling e-dreams

I didn't get an invoice for my booking. In addition, there is no option to divide the payment (number of payments).

Budget flights,good service so far, happy, seem ok. Haven't fly yet though but can only comment on purchase.
It doesn't matter how right you are... they will hide behind ineffective operators, foreign telephone numbers and not published rules or policies.
Great booking experience with cheap price. Wish the app will be more user-friendly as it keeps logging me out during active session.
