Finding the right deal was easy, paying for the holiday wasnt as seasy, with confusion over whether the payment had gone through or not & no ability to ask the right type of questions to the 'chat bot' leavingme confuses as to whether I had or did not hvae a holiday! Confusingly I then got confirmation of the hotel booking from Boooking.com (which wasnt expected) and a seperate e-mail from the hotel requesting payment. Why eDreams cant handle all this is beyond me! Lastly - and more than 24 hours later, and after eventyually getting the correct question through the 'chat bot filter mechanism', someone must have folowed up on the flight booking.
Avoid this platform for your booking and definitely don't add luggage as they will charge you TWICE as much as the company and the baggage is non-refundable. The website also told me that my booking didn't go through and that I should try again however it still charged me and now I have 2 bookings for the same flight and the company wont refund me for the duplication - that should never have happened if the first instance had not occurred. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and unhelpful when you do... AVOID AVOID AVOID
I booked a flight through this website for the first time and it was a nightmare! They sent me the wrong flight information and confirmation code that I was not able to locate the flight on the Frontier website. Also wrong information about the baggage allowance that didn't match with the airline information. IT WAS HORORIBLE EXPERIENCE and worse than that, there's no contact number that you can call Edreams or email them! I tried to talk an agent through the website's live chat and after waiting online for 1hour and half, still no response and no chat with live agent. This website should be illegal! Don't waste your money and ruin your trip by booking through this website!

To start. There are hidden fees. You're better off going directly to the airline you want to book with. At the end of my booking, I would have payed less with the airline.
Secondly, if you pay for "baggage," they only pay for baggage one way, and not on the returning flight. Make that make sense?
Thirdly, they make you download an app so you can have access to YOUR BOOKING. They, unknown to me, automatically sign you up for a PAID MEMBERSHIP (if this doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does).
Furthermore, if you go on the app to try and cancel this subscription, guess what. You're not allowed to because a prompt for "something went wrong," will display.

I got a call from my banking team that I was being charged in Barcelona and in Tallahassee, Florida. (I'm in California).
Please safe yourself the trouble and just book through the airlines. No matter how much time/money you think you're saving you're not.

Skyscanner prompted me to eDreams.com. I made a payment around $1000, first and the shortest segment of the 3 segment itenary was confirmed, however after a long wait the remaining longer flight 2 segments were declined. EDreams asked me to book new ticket for the declined 2 segments, they kept my $1000 dolar, I had to dispute via credit card company. It is a major headache. They work like a scam. I don't recommend them to anyone.
Update: instead of returning the money they received for the ticket they never sold, eDream is spamming me and asking me to remove my challange via my great credit card company.

My sisters booked their tickets through Edreams and had a terrible and awful experience with the travel arrangements. For their return flight, when they showed up at the airport they were shocked to learn that not only were they at the wrong terminal, but also they had the wrong airline information, as well as the wrong flight time. All the information for their return flight coming from Edreams was false! They ended up missing their flight and had to book another flight and pay out of their pocket... Chicago to France. I can only let you guess how much this flight cost them! This happened back in July and they have been asking a reimbursement since then from Edreams. They are denying any wrong doing and are refusing to reimburse for the flight, even after sending them all the proofs that the wrong flight information was sent to them!
Their customer service is also as terrible as their services! They are not easily reachable.
I highly recommend you to stay away from this online agency to book your flight.

EDreams stole all money from my mastercard even they stole CVV number and use them for their purchases, they stole all my information from mastercard becareful you will see a cheap flight with them and when you pay your flight trip just you put your card numbers and information they save all your information at their system after that they withdraw all your money without your permission, No protection for customers, No SSl as they allege!.

Contact the aforementioned travel company and the representative there lied to them that I did not order the tickets through the Skyscanner website but through them directly so they do not have to answer Skyscanner, stay away from them even if the prices seem tempting.

The online ticketing failed to purchase the tickets within the time alloted, so I called their support line which is near impossible to get in touch with. The online system processed the und transfer but did not issue any tickets. The customer service purchased an inbound ticket but canceld the outbound ticket. The system kept updating until the day off travel that all tickets were available. After trying to board 24 hours before departure the airlines would not let us board. The travel agency and airlines blamed each other for the canceled ourbound ticket. Had to pay the airlines an enourmous amount of mone to get a one way ticket.
According to my booking (eDreams booking reference: *******6646) I have to pay for Transavia France: £ 103.53 and for eDreams: £ 95.41, that means the total is £ 198.94. But they take 111.35e for edreams and 119.77e for transavia in my credit card. I'm really disappointed about that. I called service Edreams, but then I waited for 20min but no one answer, the chat with edreams doesn't help anything. Now I don't know how to get my money back. I really want to cancel this booking

A few months ago I decided to buy a trip for my sister within her honeymoon. They went to Vietnam and I gave them a week in Cambodia to visit Angkor. I bought the flights at an exorbitant price (almost 600) through edreams and booked visas, tickets, hotels, massages and dinners to make a special experience of those days.
Once in Vietnam, just a few days before their trip, they received a notification that their return flight had been delayed so much that they will not be able to connect with the flight back to Madrid. When they try to clarify it (spending time and money on absurd calls), they discover that the flight has been canceled, so after a lot of frustration trying to fix it, they get edreams to send them a confirmation that they will get their money back.
Almost four months after, we haven't received the money and the company continue to evade every phone call. Some weeks ago they confirmed that the airline had already returned the money to them, but nothing comes to us. It sounds like they inflated the price of the flight by manipulating the exchange rate and the commissions, so giving it back to us will be a loss.
Now we only have left the legal route, but if you can avoid it do not buy your trip with edreams.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
