You saying I had savings with you is untrue. And I didn't go through you to book my flights so I don't understand how you got involved. When I booked through Spirit I was sent a receipt for $1,272.54 and then got a charge from you, which I don't understand why, for $1,380.03. I did all the work myself. I don't agree with this. I don't want to be involved in any auto-renewal or membership. I want to cancel anything I have with you. I also would like my money back which is $107.03. I have no idea how anyone would think this is a deal as a member. It isn't fair to give me credit since the money was taken out of my direct bank account. I would like to be refunded the $107.03 in a check please.
They did refund me the member fee which I didn't sign up for but am very thankful for that.
Charging me 107.03 more than the airline is not a deal. Be very aware of this website it is untruthful.
They keep giving me the run around that they refunded me the membership charge of 59.99 but ignore the 107.49 they owe me. Be very cautious about doing business with eDreams!
I booked a trip with return for me and 3 family members.
The airline cancelled the flights. In the first days I had VIP membership because of a free trial and likely because of this VIP membership I was able to contact over the phone and they said they would refund me, weeks have passed, the VIP membership is over, I try to call eDreams, but I receive a recorded msg saying they can't help me, they only help people travelling in the next 14 days (my trip would start in around 40 days).
When I use the chat bots to check "refund status", the chat bot says there isn't any refund in progress. If I go to "my trips" and press "cancel trip", it gives a msg I will be charged a fee for cancelling the trip.
I need my refund to book other flights (flights for 4 between Europe and South America isn't cheap). If I leave it to the last days, the flights will be very expensive and only very long flights.
If they can't handle the support, limit the sell. For sure they won't do it, but should to keep the support in good level. They want your money to get in, and will delay as much as possible to give it back to you.
Never will buy in this company again!
Ok but took a while to find flight leaving and returning to same airport. Not many to Belfast international so had to book for city airport.
I found that eDreams were very helpful and did a lot of work for me.

They are cheating when you buy tickets they sell their prime account and after some days they took money from your credit card as payment for prime account. Be careful!
The whole booking process from the selection of destination, travel dates, and providing personal information was jiffy, fast and fuss-free. Will definitely book from eDreams again.

Have not received invoice yet. Was not able to pay for checked baggage yet. Otherwise happy. It seems that everything takes 48 hours or more for you to receive confirmations.
I have been treated worse than disgusting by #EDreams waiting on a refund for more than 9 months. Told me I would have my refund in 72hours. Now denning that

Hard to contact with real person. Every time I pressed Manage my booking and after pressed change name or change flight, all I saw UPS thi page isn't working. It's my first time using Edreams also.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
