Im very hapy for the opportunity to bay tickets here and its easy to do..
Our flights with air new Zealand booked via edreams were cancelled because of Covid. We cannot uplift the credits, because according to edreams we had to do so before end of June 2021, which was well before we in NZ could travel. However, air new Zealand had extended the credit until end of June 2022... but edreams would not send them our booking number, so airNz couldn't/wouldn't release the credits. All edreams needed to do was ring them and give them the authority.! Rip off? Who has our money? NEVER use edreams. Communications by them have been blocked wherever possible. Mind you, how can AirNZ keep them on their approved travel agent list? How can we block them coming up on searches when they are so bad.? I'm not the only person losing out on OUR money, and a well needed holiday! There seems to be no avenue of tackling this type of situation! Booking numbers on communications were, TG6QEW and *******572. The booking number AirNZ required was one finishing with an H.
Very straight forward no problem with booking & cheaper than other providers

I must have fallen for a scam
The edreams agent requested that I buy a new ticket to Romania on 06/20/23 instead of the canceled flight on 06/21/23
And they promised that they would call me and refund me the amount of the second transaction made on 04/02/2023 of buying a second ticket for the flight on 6/20/23 in the amount of $819
For me, the first transaction of 03/22/2023 in the amount of $881.24 is approved and the second transaction is $819. I should receive a credit to the card
Please help with this
To date, edreams have not answered the email or called

I'll be posting my review on all review platforms. I made a terrible mistake of using edreams without reading existing reviews. So I hope you read and stay away from this service. This service has zero customer service. Zero clarity within what they call the confirmation email. Nothing works on their platform. I tried to reach them and make a request (simply to ask for an actual eticket with an actual pnr and eticket number present) but the only thing you can do is basically just fill out invoice forms or conf email request forms etc. they have an 800 no that doesnt work, online chat doesnt work. Basically the only customer service they are willing to provide is whatever automated service they have... if those work of course. I can't believe how i ended up making such a big mistake of purchasing a ticket through them... just because i was directed to them via booking.com. Terrible mistake!

After being seduced by cheap tickets, it actually makes you pay much more with your money and time.
The customer service doesn't respond at all and doesn't understand or ignore your issues even if you're connected to them after waiting more than 2~3 hours (I booked 4 tickets under different names and asked to share the invoices but it sent only 2 and keep sending the same ones again again even if I explained many time). And they just save your credit card information even if you asked to delete and charge you different costs (Prime membership) which will be tremendously difficult to cancel and delete. I was finally able to cancer the prime membership by phone but today I received again that the free trial of the membership is started and it will be automatically renewed with annual charge! Furthermore, the worst part, they change my account name every time I log in or complain. (they just put the last traveler's name even though saving my personal credit card information and using my email address!)
This is to highly recommend you not to be deceived by the cheap prices if you like to save you money and time!
I paid an extra $130 + $60 membership for this 3rd party Service (that was suppose to be free) n that's after finding out my confirmation details. My flight through the official site was cheaper and MY CARRY ON SUPPOSE TO BE FREE N I HAVE TO PAY $59 for it. The only thing good is my flight got booked for a round trip

Is not even 1 company,Very bad company,seriously so bad they don't give $#*! about Costmuer at all,if anyone trying to book from this company don't please when u book and u pay them, after they don't answer u anything,and they don't care about Costmuer at all,they only care about the money u paid,u can't get refunds and u can't even change your flight date

Edreams charge my card for a car rental I did not make or obviously even pick up a car. I attempted calling when I got a hold of these people 6 times the minute I said I need a refund all 6 different operators immediately hung up on me. I truly am so angry and frustrated. This company left me dealing with so much crap my entire trip I was just stressed and irritated This was so unfair to my family. Someone needs to SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!
I will use edreams for my next travel experience. The payment process was smooth and easy as compared to other sites. I received my conffirmed immediately my booking was completed and i also check my booking with the airline and i could trace it and confirm it wasn't a scam site.

As above prices jump as soon as you look at dates with Ryanair so gavevthis site a go ( eDreams)
No hassle got flights booked and paid considerably less than " best deals book direct with Ryanair"

Purchased a refundable ticket from Sydney to Brisbane for 20th Dec 2020. Ticket was for Qantas airline with a tag " COVID refundable" means if for any Covid related reason you needed to cancel your trip before your flight it's fully refundable or you will receive credit. I paid almost double for this ticket to make sure if anything happened I am covered.
Just 2 days before my flight border between the states where closed because of Covid I had to cancel this flight. I received an initial email from eDreams that my cancelation has been received and they will start processing the refund but it might take couple of months, after 6 months I have received another email that you ticket was not refundable and the closed the case!
Look eDreams I am not gonna give up... I am going to write everywhere.
I had to cancel my flight due to surgery. EDreams received the funds back from the airline. They are now holding my refund hostage. Apparently there is a legal settlement and I am also due mediation fees. The total is 562 EUROS. I have called several times. I have my booking and invoice number. However, no one answers the phone. I downloaded the app. I cannot log in. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME! THE BAD REVIEW SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET ATTENTION.
This company is quite frustrating. You cannot get a full refund unless you cancel within the same day. The customer service is taking forever. You should, also, be able to cancel online. There are no notifications from this company that the flight has been changed/canceled nor do they update their site. I am canceling because of the coronavirus since United canceled the flight. Also, the call is only in Spanish, so I am fortunate that I speak it, but otherwise you'd be out of luck because there is no English option. There was no notification or indication on the website about the cancelation policies. I understand that businesses have to make money, but this is ridiculous. If you do choose this, good luck. It will be quite frustrating.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
