Edreams charge my card for a car rental I did not make or obviously even pick up a car. I attempted calling when I got a hold of these people 6 times the minute I said I need a refund all 6 different operators immediately hung up on me. I truly am so angry and frustrated. This company left me dealing with so much crap my entire trip I was just stressed and irritated This was so unfair to my family. Someone needs to SHUT THIS SITE DOWN!
I will use edreams for my next travel experience. The payment process was smooth and easy as compared to other sites. I received my conffirmed immediately my booking was completed and i also check my booking with the airline and i could trace it and confirm it wasn't a scam site.
As above prices jump as soon as you look at dates with Ryanair so gavevthis site a go ( eDreams)
No hassle got flights booked and paid considerably less than " best deals book direct with Ryanair"
Will use site again!

Purchased a refundable ticket from Sydney to Brisbane for 20th Dec 2020. Ticket was for Qantas airline with a tag " COVID refundable" means if for any Covid related reason you needed to cancel your trip before your flight it's fully refundable or you will receive credit. I paid almost double for this ticket to make sure if anything happened I am covered.
Just 2 days before my flight border between the states where closed because of Covid I had to cancel this flight. I received an initial email from eDreams that my cancelation has been received and they will start processing the refund but it might take couple of months, after 6 months I have received another email that you ticket was not refundable and the closed the case!
Look eDreams I am not gonna give up... I am going to write everywhere.
I had to cancel my flight due to surgery. EDreams received the funds back from the airline. They are now holding my refund hostage. Apparently there is a legal settlement and I am also due mediation fees. The total is 562 EUROS. I have called several times. I have my booking and invoice number. However, no one answers the phone. I downloaded the app. I cannot log in. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME! THE BAD REVIEW SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET ATTENTION.
This company is quite frustrating. You cannot get a full refund unless you cancel within the same day. The customer service is taking forever. You should, also, be able to cancel online. There are no notifications from this company that the flight has been changed/canceled nor do they update their site. I am canceling because of the coronavirus since United canceled the flight. Also, the call is only in Spanish, so I am fortunate that I speak it, but otherwise you'd be out of luck because there is no English option. There was no notification or indication on the website about the cancelation policies. I understand that businesses have to make money, but this is ridiculous. If you do choose this, good luck. It will be quite frustrating.
I don't understand how eDreams is still in business! The website crashes all the time and when it doesn't, it tells you that "the flight is no longer available." I got one ticket from eNightmare. The website crashed during the payment and went to the homepage. I didn't get any confirmation or anything, so I got my flight elsewhere. AFTER I shopped for my other flight and got the confirmation email, I got an email from eNightmare telling me that my flight was confirmed. And to cancel, they "respectfully" asked me to call the airlines, which were two different companies, and calling them was a nightmare of its own. Shame! For advertisement, they know how to ask for money. For service, they offer incompetance.
I had the worst experience with eDreams. One of my flights got cancelled by the airline and it took me three days of trying to talk to someone. They didn't provide any solution and even told me that I couldn't cancel the reservation using the insurance because the airline had cancel the flight so I just had to wait and see… After a lot of fighting over the phone with someone that was just reading a script, they told me I could request the refund but theybwere gonna wait until the airlines cane back with their decision. It took another fight over the phone to process a partial refund for the flight that was cancelled. No empathy or care for their customers. I would highly avoid using eDrems for anything
It is hard finding the right airline at a reasonable price. EDreams helped me navigate. Only criticism was that it didn't warn me clearly enough there were fees to reserve seats on Virgin

I booked the tickets, all seemed well, I got to choose my seats on the return, but not on the flight out.
2 days later, I had meetings all day,,/'d they kept leaving me messages on my voicemail.
I tried calling back, but the number they used is overseas, and I never connected.
When I got home that evening, I went online and contacted customer service. First it's a crazy AI generated "person", but I finally got through to a real person.
They offered me a different flight, (my initial flight had me arriving in the AM, so I had an entire day to spend with family), but what they offered me was arriving AM the next day, like 1 am.
This would not work, so I told them to cancel the entire trip, I'll rebook with another airline.
At first they said they would only refund the first flight, but what good does a return flight do me, if I can't get there? (And besides, 1 way flights are always more expensive)
I thought I finally got through to them, and they would cancel and refund me totally.
Then 2 days later, they send me a notification saying 1/2 my refund will be deposited, but I did read that it could be separate as it was two different flights.
But then the 3rd day, I get confirmation of the return flight, and issues the return ticket.
My jaw dropped, as I had already purchased replacement tickets, so I went on the website.
On the website it says the entire RT is not issued.
I tried calling, there really is not number, so I go the AI texting customer service, who after fighting with a robot, said they will connect me with a human.
I waited one hour online, and disconnected.
If you book with them, good luck, of something goes wrong, it's tough getting a human to talk to, and even then, it's texting,,/!; I guess they say anything to appease you…
I'd use another site, saving $30 ton$50 is not with the hassle.
In my case it seems to be costing me at least the entire cost more! So it didn't save me anything to work with them it cost me.

I have finally blocked them from my credit card because they have charged me twice for a "prime ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE," signed me up twice and are saying they are going to charge me again and their agent says he cant do anything about it. Plus, I hit "confirm pay" for a flight and they triple charged me for it. The agent claimed that was legal because the price went up a "few seconds after you agreed to pay.' Yup. I think this is a criminal enterprise.
Went through a number of flights agents for three days without success, almost giving up, till I came to eDreams from flight offers to payment with no problem

Never book through Edreams flights. Tried to request a change in a flight because the airline (NZ air) change the flight times and I knew that I could not clear New Zealand customs in 45 minutes. New Zealand Air said that Edreams had to make the change they would not make a change in the flight reservation. I contacted Edreams 3 times and never got an answer (yes or no) that they could make the change. I also added cancelation insurance to my flight but when I checkout on the Edreams site it canceled the insurance. Edreams would not help with that either. I will never use Edreams again and suggest that you don't, unless you like problems.
People need to be aware or a mediation fee, the price you think you pay is not the price they take from you card. I was told it's a mediation fee something that I was not made aware of when booking, AVOID
We booked our honeymoon flights through edreams. We realized within a couple hours we had chosen the wrong return date. We had to search high and low for phone numbers to call for customer service. When we finally got through to someone, they said because we bought the insurance, our flight date change would be free and no problem. But we had to purchase the new flight first and they would refund the old one in full within 30 days. It has now been nearly 6 months, dozens of conversations with them (with a different answer each time), and only a partial refund. We are still out nearly $2000. We have since heard that this is a common thing that happens with this company. If I could give them a negative star review, I would. I will not be attaching photos, as they would include personal financial information. We have escalated this issue through the fraud department of our credit card, as edreams continues to say they will escalate the issue then we receive no communication and have to start over, receiving different information each time.
Took my money after cancelling my flight due to COVID-19 and kept telling me to wait for my refund. Eventually they tell me i contacted them too late even though I have been contacting them since the date of my cancellation.
Still insure but we are booked with the airline of choice. Hoping to get e tickets soon. No charge for payment yet
UPDATE: After filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, eDreams has finally provided a full refund, so I have upgraded my rating to three stars.
EDreams never refunded a flight that was cancelled by the airline. At first, they claimed the flight was never cancelled, despite my written proof from the airline that it was. Some agents claimed that I had to wait for the airline to refund the money and would promise direct call backs and updates to me by eDreams managers, none of which happened. When I called the airline, they were consistently clear that if I booked a flight with eDreams, then eDreams would have to refund me. For about 6 months I was told the refund was still "processing". Despite my many attempts to try and speak to management and make any progress forward, no solution could be reached. I was consistently told to wait another 7–10 days for things to process, and each time nothing happened. With phrases like "I will personally see to this issue" and "you can trust me to complete this job and call back tomorrow because I care a lot about your happiness and the stress this is causing you" they kept me going for quite some time. Some reps would give fake names and when I'd call back asking for them, nobody with that name was in the office. I spoke with approximately 10-12 different agents over the course of 6 months with a total of 20 hours of phone time.
This company lacks integrity and seeks to tire out their customers who have viable claims to refunds until they give up and decide the money isn't worth the headache. Booking any travel with eDreams should be avoided at all costs.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
