Great job getting back with all the information and questions we had.
Initially all seemed fine and the booking and payment were done quickly and effectively. However, when the e-tickets arrived from the air company (Singapore Airlines), there was an error in the salutation/title/sex of my wife. We tried and contact eDreams through all the possible channels indicated in their website. The response was extremely poor and routine. In the end (after a whole week of unnecessary stress) we gave up and contacted directly the air company, which fortunately was able to fix the problem from their side, apparently without any charges.,

We had planned out trip, pricing up and down like a yo yo. App kept freezing and the prices changed when booking. Once I selected book prices increased £30 each on flights. Started off at £509 and ended up at £540 + seat allocation which was never mentioned
In this day and age, unbelievable. Plus they try to force you to take a subscription making you cancel down the line.

I still have 14 days to do it, but is not possible to try to get into contact with you 3 times so far, and each time to give up after being held 10 min in a row on waiting queue, cause in fact nobody is picking up the phone!

Really found a cheap ticket to Harare. Value for money and offering a great experience
I was able to find flights that were not available through Expedia or Kayak. Also, with eDreams Prime, found hotels not available through other search engines at a 17% discount.
Easy to navigate and to book. Great deals. Fast confirmation.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
