There were a lot of options for flights that you could filter. I found booking special luggage fairly straightforward compared to other airlines. However I found that the price of taking a musical instrument was nearly double the price of other flights including long haul and this was for a short haul flight.

I arranged flight ticket from Skopje to Budapest throw Frankfurt with Lufthansa and then from Budapest to Skopje with Wizz air. The price ticket (bigger than as premium member) was completely taken from my account and after that I received info that the booking cannot be arranged from Skopje to Budapest. In that case, I was forced to book another one-way fight from Skopje to Budapest with early morning flight at 4 AM with Serbia airlines. My secretary wrote to eDrems for money refund because nobody showed any interest for that by now. My current flight ticket instead of cca 200Eur costed me more than 400Eur. I do hope that there will be money refund in near future. If not, I will never use eDrems again.

Prenotazione sofferta, dopo aver pagato il volo Roma-Parigi a/e verso le 15 con ricevuta conferma, alle 23.15 leggo una mail dove c'era scritto che il volo di andata era stato cancellato. Happy to use; the constant messages 'that prices are going up' are a bit annoying.
Before I purchased I was shown a voucher or coupon of 20 per ticket (I bought 2 tickets) but at the time of payment the discount was removed

All inevitable costs are not visible at the beginning of the booking process and final amount comes higher then initially advertised.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
