Booking was easy, but the hidden 'extras' was a disappointment. When I've booked on other sites the price you see is what you pay unless you specifically book extras ie: seats, meals.
Booking through eDreams I had to pay extra to get confirmation through, extra for things that would normally be included in flight price.
I have been waiting 2 1/2 years for my refund that was cancelled due to Covid, can't talk to a real person, you get the same bull$!t email every time, " we will have your refund to you within 7 days" or " we are waiting on the airline paying us"… just pure lies. They are nothing but scammers, never use them.
When I applied this £10 code at the end of my booking, it would not except it. I feel this £10 off code is a scam.
Them when I emailed you about this, my email kept coming back to me, saying inbox full. How convenient.
Do not buy tickets from them. Even with a some support request, they are trying to fool you and charge you extra. Also, when you ask for help; "Our systems are not working right now, call me tomorrow." they are deceiving you by saying.
I had to talk to them for hours and hours, but they did not solve the problem.
Although there is a different kind of information on your web sites and they write on their web pages that the little changes they make are free of charge, they would have to pay extra money to fix their information.
In particular, do not take out insurance, a return guarantee or anything. I paid £ 327 for a flexible ticket, they said they would pay £ 86 when I wanted to cancel the ticket.
I was promised a refund for a second time for the same trip but as expected nothing.
On 17 July 2019 I was informed the refund would take 10 days.
Today 11 Aug 2019 nothing!
No communication, No e-mail, No additional information request, just nothing!
EDreams MUST be stopped to operate and ruin travelers dreams!
Awaiting confirmed refund from Middle May 2019 till today. Various confirmations it will be done. 3 Weeks ago confirmation in writing they the refund would take 10 Days.
Nothing again.
The deceipt, lies, misleading information and absolute arrogance of the eDreams company is shocking.
NEVER EVER use them as you will be done in sooner or later.

This is the worst place you want to book your airline tickets from. They charge you low but in the end you will realise that the airline is directly sending you the charges which needs to be paid before boarding the airplane. They are just looting you and that too with worst and nonsense customer service. If you want to get frustrated or want to turn your flights with nuisance go ahead and book from untrustworthy edreams. With no customer value. I was getting a ticket on half price from Chepoair for same airlines if I would have known that I will be charged double later on. Don't buy Lynx tickets from here,definitely a no, a big no. There are hidden charges which you have to pay at the airport or you will lose that you already had paid. Openly looting people, no transparency at all, big liars.

Just what I wanted and needed. Fast and easy! No hassle and all the info right there.
They sent me a fake ticket and the company caused me to lose more than $500 and travel to the airport for more than 6 hours. They cheat. Caution is important. When I asked to return the amounts, you will be cut from the amount paid.
Very easy after reading reviews I was worried but everything went perfect for me no problems at all got my booking reference and flight details but the app says stil processing but confirmation in my email so no problem

I had the painful experience of purchasing plane tickets a year ago with eDreams. The next day after the purchase the airline Swiss canceled their flight. Up to now still struggling to get a full refund from eDreams a year later. Reading reviews here and via the net and youtube you realize that eDreams is a criminal organization. Please report being scammed via internet / edreams to the FBI via an IC3 form see below link.

Last year I lost 500 USD thanks to E dreams. I sad never more. This year they gave me a better price than others so I gave them another chance. My flight was canceled 3 months ago and I got a mail last week that the flight was canceled... If there is no problem with your flight or reservation it works but if you have any problem don`t expect any help from them. I had more than one really bad experience with this company.
Will defraud you in your time if need. During a bereavement this company took my money and then did not reschedule my flights. Lied to me several times and wasted my time. However they will be exposed
Never in my life had so horrible experience like with eDreams. They are at all rubbish company. Just you pay money, and didn't have any help. Until last day they keep you in ignorance. Last day before flight you can find info that you need contact with airline companies for your boarding pass, they didn't inform by email. Promised send to you tickets by email. But nothing. If you contact with them, they just take your time. Sending by messages, pl be patient, nothing more. Avoid everyone.

I got a great price on my flight but I did find the checkout process cumbersome and at times manipulative. There were attempts to upsell me/trick me into paying more at nearly every turn. Careful where you click but otherwise a good site and I'm thrilled with the price of the flight I snagged. Also you are forced to join their service to get he price quoted to you, though it does not mention this until literally the very end.
1000 emails sent concerning the reimbursement of my family eDreams flight bookings without any response, even so I received email from Turkish Airlines which shown and confirm that my tickets have been fully refunded by them to eDreams.
Knowing that I am trying to resolve this purpose, with giving to you more than option (amount reimbursement or change the booking to another dates) from 9 months ago without any response from them.
Booked a round trip via airplane from Athens to Paris. Just 4 days before the flight, I casually checked the flights in the airline's website and discovered that my return flight was never booked by edreams, even if I have paid the full amount and they have sent me a verification mail that everything was OK! Cannot find anyone in customer service to resolve the situation. Probably will lose all my money. Scummers! Stay away!
This company is a scam.
Luggage was not included in the ticket, even when it has shown in the confirmation. I had to pay for the luggage at the airport.
This explains the way the price was cheaper at the booking- but cost me more after all!

They falsely advertise carry on luggage being included. When confronted with this issue, edreams gave us a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". They were not helpful in correcting the issue. We contacted them many days explaining in detail how they falsely advertised carry on luggage allowance with photos. Each time we were given a general "I'm sorry your experience was unsatisfactory". I asked for information to contact a supervisor or higher management to get the same message again. I doubt we even were dealing with a human.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
