Not as advertised! When booking the price on the site was £634 when I went through the booking the final purchase it went up by £100.00 to £734 stating due to additional costs! This should not have been advertised at the cheaper cost to then find out it had gone up … is this fair to advertise original cost!
Booked 3 flights through edreams and emailed that it was being processed. Never received email confirmation yet received multiple texts and emails that check-in was now available through their app. Turns out flights were not confirmed because of a price increase, an increase that was not present with other companies, so I requested cancellation. Days later still pending and still getting texts about flights and my paymen card was showing pending transaction still. Chased 3 times in end to have cancelled. Finally have email cancellation confirmation however still making sure they do not deduct money from my account as I do not trust them in the slightest. Booked without issue elsewhere!
Instead the total amount 948 Euro indicated below the page before payment, only 850 Euro was actually deducted - as it did not include added (cancel) insurance. I contacted chatbot immediately (within 5 min. After receiving confirmation). Neither IA and nor human chatbot did admit the system error claiming that "the booking system did not fail" and quoting E-dreams terms and conditions, I could not add the insurance additionally. But the computer like human beings are not infallible. There was however no will to try to correct the occurred error. Poor performance.
Incredible idiots. After 8 days of trying and 250 minutes waiting on the phone and endless chat requests, I was told to reply to an email I was sent, with the cancellation email by the airline (as if they didn't know my flight was cancelled). The main problem was that it was a no-reply email address. They just don't want to reply and help anyone. They shouldn't be allowed to operate. Not even in a free world. They are scammers. Period.
Such a joke.

I was so confused to arrive at the airport on Thursday, September 22,2022 only to fins out that I was not on the manifest from Rhodes, Greece.to Tel Aviv Israel. Disappointing and frustrating and cost me more money. Customer service said you never paid the amount. I paid over $300 for four legs of a journey which is what Edreams quoted me. Why would I have needed to pay more? In the end, I missed out on a very special reunion and had to buy a new ticket for more than I could afford. Certainly edtreams could do better.
I found it very difficult and confusing to place my reservation for a trip from Prescott to LAX. Requests were made for additional i.d. documents such as passports for a local flight. All I should have needed was the driver's licenses for myself and my husband. I gave my GOES number and driver's licenses, but that is not what was requested. Then both of birthdates were inaccurate. I finally got the dates changed but the month and date are reversed. I don't know if that will be an issue when we actually fly.
In my booking, I paid for automatic check in... Then asked for more details to complete check in... And still didn't receive... It would be better if you do things faster and don't let people waiting unnecessarily...
You pushed me to buy my ticket with prime e dreams and charge me 85 euro in 24 April, you said it was free to call to cancel it was not free and cost me a lot of money, and now i am not sure if my membership is cancelled and i still want to keep my booking!

I found the online booking reasonably easy, until I got to pay for it, then wham. The price had magically gone up by £200, which definitely took the wind out of my sails. Apparently the popularity of my Manchester-New York flight in June was enough to cause the flight hike. I can't wait for the next surprise.

All went well at the end but there was a learning curve using eDreams.
I did not get my booking confirmation before I called and asked for it the next day. Lots of nonsence emails from eDreams that it would come shortly in a few minutes etc. but no one really checked up on it before I did.
EDreams are charging extra for seat reservation when it is in fact free on the carriers home page.
But they do have some really good offers that the carriers do not advertise directly. I found a half price Business class ticket compared to the carrier's price for the exact same flight.
Most I like the fact that the flight prices are the best, and you have plenty of choice. Boarding hassle free is priceless, especially when you have stops in long distance flights, and it's very handy to have everything in one place - edreams application.

Tried many times to get Customer Service help to make a change on my reservation. That never happen due to their automated system no offering an option addressing my issue. Neither they have the option to talk to a human person. I lost $151.-

I made a booking yesterday from Manchester to Rome on 28 May and return 2 June and got a confirmation email confirming this at 19.02. Then this morning I got an email saying the booking was Rome to Manchester 28 May and Manchester to Rome on 2 June. I have spoken to the robot Kris on the App who could not help. I spoke to the customer service team who said they can not help as the departure date is more than month off despite them confirming it was there error. They gave me a complaints email for Travel Fusion who replied saying they are nothing to do with Edreams. An absolute shambles

I had problems with my ticket due to corona travel ban. Although KLM stated that all tickets could be changed, eDreams refused to honor this. Customer service is apparently operated through a foreign call service. After being on hold for hours (understandable in the midst of the travel bans) I talked to someone who barely spoke English, was rude, and dropped my call multiple times, and gave me an incorrrect phone number. The phone number he gave me was to a porn call service- I am not kidding.
Booked my flights via their Australian website, all transactions and quoted prices are shown in
$ assuming Australian dollars once paid on my credit card ive learned all prices are US dollars, nothing mentioned any where on the website or booking page just simply ripped off, paying another 30 % so beware as your flights are not as good as they seem, also one was canceled within 5 minutes off taking my cash.

I've been contacting this company over my tickets for the last 4 weeks! They did not promise the call back several times. I've been on call with them for more than 100 minutes, we will call you back in 48 hours repeated several times! Now i'm stuck even while booking with insurance. Very unprofessional & irresponsible agency - Avoid at ALL COSTS - else it will COST you a lot!

Trying to change a flight and I can't reach a live person, they disconnect me, they are charging higher flights then what is posted. You can't talk to anyone, robots or any live on line agent says you have to wait to rebook. Do not book with this company - not worth the aggravation at all.
Having booked a flight from Thailand to the Uk and a return flight through this company, I got an email saying due to Covid the return flight had been cancelled and contact customer services.
Tried numerous phone calls, tried on their website bookings section as well as Instagram and Facebook but can`t actually get anyone to physically talk to and have yet to get issued with a refund. Have an awful feeling I will not see this money again. Weeks of trying and no further forward. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.
Booking was easy, but the hidden 'extras' was a disappointment. When I've booked on other sites the price you see is what you pay unless you specifically book extras ie: seats, meals.
Booking through eDreams I had to pay extra to get confirmation through, extra for things that would normally be included in flight price.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
