Never dealt with a worse booking company!
Not had a single email from them at all and cannot contact them either.

I bought a ticket paying 40€ for an extra insurance to get the 80% refund for cancellation for any reason. Well, now 3 months later, they keep repeating it has to be the airline refunding to them and then they refund to me. For what is it the insurance then? I m sure i ll never see my refund as my airline ticket was a basic one and peruvian.So Edreams it s just frauding you with a non existing cancellation cover insurance

After booking a flight and paying the extra for me to have Flexible Flight Change Guarantee, I was given a total run around when it was time to use that benefit to rebook a flight. I kept having to chat online for hours just to be told that I will get a call. Waited days and eventually weeks just to get an email saying they can't reach me. Gave them alternative numbers many times and yet they keep having me wait. While chatting, I would be ignored for long periods of time and then get a cliche apology. EDreams need to retrain their reps and revise their customer support methods. You can't have a customer waiting for so long after you've gotten their money. I'm a frequent flyer but will NEVER use eDreams and would never recommend it to anyone!

I booked 2 tickets with eDreams, and 30 minutes later, I learned their price is $100 more than the airline sites. I contacted customer service right away to cancel, but they said they couldn't refund me the additional fees which are the extra luggage fee and seat choice fee. They said that's airline prices and policy, yet on the airline sites itself, they're charging less for the extra luggage and seat choice. The customer service rep couldn't get a supervisor/manager for me and kept telling me if I cancel later, the refund would be less.

After missing a flight from another airline, we went into panic mode and started the online approach! EDreams wasn't the first to show up, but after scrolling and searching we found it to be the best option for us. Confirmation came immediately, and although all the boarding passes didn't come through the desk knew all about it. The helpful airline rep even changed our seats do we could be seated together. Will have no issues with using again. Thank you for the rescue!

I have been waiting since May for a refund for my cancelled flights. Customer service is none existent. Emails are not answered and telephone contact is impossible and if you try and use their website to find an answer it just sends you around in circles.
All they want is your money and once they have it you're on your own. They only get one star because I couldn't put minus five.
Booked a ticket and everything seem ok... they even give me a reservation number and then 2 hours late I got an email saying that my booking was canceled. I will not be buying tickets from this website ever again. This is just absurd! I could have bought tickets with a different site and now the prices went up and all they can say is we are sorry is not in our hand... are you kidding me? Then why have it advertised! Bad bad bad company! Wish I can give them minus 5 stars!

Booked a flight with edreams. On my confirmation ticket the airline was wrong the flight number was wrong also. I spent hours trying to figure out where I was supposed to go at the airport. But didn't get the information on time. I just bought another ticket the night before my flight was booked. I will never use edreams again. Worst travel agency I have ever used
Unfortunately a very inconvenient system. After booking a tickets,it is completely unclear how to check what tickets include.I think I made a mistake in the passport number but I can't see my own registration details. I asked for help but was denied because I did not pay for this service. I have to note that I am not able to see the data that I entered during an order, so I cannot add this service and correct the error. And this means that I may have problems with landing on a plane. Very disappointed.
Waiting for my refund for over 5 months. I buy refundable ticket and every call same answer, we send money on your account and after 5 minths still nothing. I made report to U. S department of transportation so waiting to answer from them. Whoever have same problem can do same like me by sending report to this guys. They are scammers nothing else, my last ever booking with edreams because you can travel and deal with them just in your dreams that is true!

Through Google search I found edreams and in booking it was straight forward. The most exciting was being able to include hyfin which makes my surname a compound name which other agencies doesn't provide. Generally satisfied with the booking experience.

I have booked Singapore - Bali ticket (Malaysia Airline), via KL. Last moment, MAS has changed flights between KL to Bali, and I am forced to cancelled my full travel itinerary. I have cancelled online & till date no refund received (already 4 months).
Now, I got email with message "We are waiting a reply from Malaysia Airlines.
Once the airline(s) authorize(s) your request, we will send you the confirmation email. Should the airline notify us that they are unable to confirm/authorize your request, we will contact you to inform.
Please be aware that this is only a request and cannot be guaranteed by us."

My mistake was I didnt look up and research edreams on line regarding their reviews. Lesson learned:(
Their reviews which rate them 1-2.7/5 is holding up and absolute truth to why they have those bad reviews because i had experienced it myself.
I recently booked a flight and realized i made a mistake on the arrival time for my destination and literally chat/called them(right away) while the flight booking was still processing (not even confirmed yet)and they refused to cancel my booked flight without paying $250 dollars more. Their service is too slow, including the chat service and unreasonable conditions on cancellation.
I will never book for this company again and sticking to the popular companies for a few dollars more.
I booked a flight to Istanbul and got my booking confirmation after about 5 hours. Having read the reviews, most of which were unnecessarily negative, panick had gripped me but the moment my tickets were confirmed I was so excited.
EDreams is legitimate, efficient and have the best deals so far. We had no issues traveling with my wife and we encourage anyone in doubt to try them out

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
