The EconomyBookings Office staff are professional and strive to give great customer service. Prompt rental car delivery and efficient completion of paperwork by Mike. I was provided with a clean rental vehicle comparable to my own vehicle. Brandi (I hope is correct name) was great as the return-rental vehicle closer.

Keep up the great work. Nice cars, prompt pick-up & return, couldn't ask for anything better! They are THAT good :)

Like many, the location is the thing that sets this EconomyBookings office apart. I live on the NE side of town; this location is convenient to my home and office. The staff was courteous and professional.

I rent here several times a year, cars are not always as clean as you would expect but not bad, good friendly service and they work to get you out quickly. Last visit they did not have the car I reserved but upgraded me to a larger car at no additional charge, I would recommend

The best thing was the superb service in the office getting me a good looking rental van to replace mine for an excellent price. This location is a reason to make me use EconomyBookings if I need another rental vehicle in the future.

In this service I booked a VW Tiguan car. Nice and spacious crossover. The order was on March 16 this year, the return is also successful

AVOID EcomonyBookings. Cancelled a booking in February well in advance and still waiting for a refund. Initially the wait was 5-21 business days and now it's 45-90 days. Not even sure I can count on getting this money back. Impossible to get thru to customer service, every tree option for the U. S number basically ends the call.
