They do not answer the phone and took 163 euro from credit card! I made a reservation, cancelled it because i found cheaper, there was supposed to be a 75 euro indemnity! They took all the money. When you try to call them, no answer!

The only wait was in line at the airport to check in at the desk. After that, went to the garage and they were waiting on me and had several to choose from in the class I chose. Friendly and courteous employees. Turning it in was even easier and faster.

You can't get a hold of anyone online. Been trying for weeks. No response from emails. Finally got a hold of a employee who was extremely rude and wanted to argue for me adding a day. If I cancel they keep $85.00. Not sure if I cancel if I'd get my money back. Company see extremely shady!

As of today, I have now rented twice in the past two months. And I have already booked to rent again in Oct and Nov (2016). I use the rental car for business travel. The quality, performance, and the cleanliness of the cars is superb.

I've rented at Avis for years. Customer service is excellent. Cars are extremely clean and I've never had a problem with my vehicle or reservation.
