They cared about the customers to make sure that they were treated with respect. Everyone in there were so friendly and helpful. I appreciated the way I was taken care of it made my trip all the better.
Coming from Georgia needing a ride, this is the best location to come to. Better experience than Atlanta! All of the staff here is awesome, and shout out to Mike especially. I'll definitely keep this place on our list for our next visit to Colorado.

They made the process so easy and smooth. I also needed to be picked up for the second rental and could not believe how easy that was. The driver, Bryan, was nice and knowledgeable about EconomyBookings services. I've loved every car (and van) they've provided.

Simply avoid it! They only operate Mon - Fri, we called and emailed them on Sunday and due to the outside of working hours excuse, they dragged us into the 48 hours cancellation policy and this is how the chaos begin. They don't respond to you until 3 days later and simply saying they are sorry but nothing they can offer and not refunding us the full 13 nights of cost. Even we supplied them with all the email correspondence with actual time, they still ignore the fact and kept saying it's inside 48 hours and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it. Very frustrating experience and don't be fooled because of their cheap price advisement on website, you will end up losing more money and we just lost 2100 AUD for nothing. Stay away and run, there are many more website offers 24/7 services.

I was nervous about my reservation after reading the reviews on this website but I could not have had a better/smoother car rental experience. I had no issues at any time and even got a free upgrade from the rental company I chose. I would highly recommend them.
The agent had a problem getting the mileage on the vehicle for some reason when giving it to me, but ultimately she was able to get it through her computer or tablet. All in all a good job and I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.
We arrived at Christchurch airport and went to |Lucky |Rentals to pick up our car but there was no record of us on their system and all the cars in the category that we were renting had already been booked. Fortunately we had paperwork and Kelsey from Lucky Rentals was really excellent, sorted out an upgraded car for us and got us on our way.
So, in the end our car hire experience was very good but this was more down to the actions of Kelsey than Economy bookings. This is a shame because the booking process had been easy and pretty good value - but that's no good if the booking is not forwarded to the end provider.
At our arrival, the rental company just didn't accept my debit card as security deposit for an unknow reason! That's never happened to me with the 4 last rental companies i used. So to avoid the security deposit, they forced me to buy an expensive "full coverage insurance" who's totally useless because i have an insurance included with my debit card. I explained them for hours but they would do anything for help and just said, "if you cancel, you lose your pre payment.
It's just a scam and they totaly know it, they said that happend often!
I wish you can offer me a compensation for this terrible experience!

Booked a rental through them for a van at Orlando airport. When we arrived the rental company, AZ Rentals, was not at the airport, did not answer any calls, and left us stranded. I had to get a rental from a legitimate rental company that was actually permitted and licensed to operate at the airport. When AZ rentals finally answered the phone the next day, they said to get a refund from EconomyBookings. When I reached out to EconomyBookings they replied with a big f-you, claiming I had cancelled my rental, and failed to pickup the vehicle.

I have been trying to get a refund from Economy Bookings since August 2015 for a car we booked 6 months in advance and paid for in full. We were told the rental office was on the site of Ibiza airport but sadly it turned out to be a coach ride away. We queued with around 75 other people at the office, waited for 3 hours with 2 young children in tow. Eventually after no apologies we were given a car that didn't actually work, windows and Aircon broken! So after another 45 min wait we gave up and left without a car. The 'support' office were less than interested and said we had to put it in writing by email to their *******@bookinggroup.com. We sent our first email on the 18th August and have sent several subsequent emails. We have not had any response (except for automated responses telling us they will respond within 7-10 days!) This company simply has no moral standing and you would be foolish to trust them with a penny of your money.
I booked a rental car, my flight got cancelled but my wife went to go pick up the rental car in my place. When she arrived, they would not give her the car as it was not in her name. (I had completed prepaid for the entire 6-day rental). She called customer support, but they were closed and had to get a hotel until they opened. When she called back in the morning, they told her because the rental had already started, they could not refund her, to book another 6-day rental, and submit a request to *******@bookinggroup.com, which she did. Paid again, and submitted the details. They just replied with they cannot refund the original booking. OMG. Just awful.

Cancun... Booked with full insurance. Upon getting to cancun, waited 90 minutes to be collected Driver had client in the car. My 15 year old son had to sit on my lap.
At their office (York) which was trading under Priceless, the agent demanded a further $308.00 or he would not release the vehicle.
I'm not prepared to be scammed by a low life.
Economy bookings have done nothing 5 emails have been sent and only a standard generic response. They have your money you see, so there is no motivation to help

-their customer service is useless and overseas and will not help you except to tell you to write an email "I am not the person to help you" is their motto

Please avoid this unethical company at all costs unless you are 100% sure that you meet their terms of service to the very last dot. On second thoughts get a lawyer to check them over, you will need one.
These guys are always excellent. Efficient and courteous. Garage door was closed when I returned car at appointed time of 3pm, but there was an employee waiting outside explaining the owner was delayed by traffic.

When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
