Дуже гарне обслуговування це приємно окільни гарне обслуговування не завжди присутні. Мені дуже сподобалось. Але багато пишуть про те що дуже погане обслуговування але я кажу що це все не правда.
Avoid Economy Bookings at all cost, especially their insurance. I filed a claim on Nov 5th and its Dec 6th today. All I heard initially is that they have received all my papers and are processing the documents and I will hear back from them within a week. But after that I called several times just to hear that customer support team is not working today, the entire team is not working, or the customer support team left early for the day today and other excuses. It was my worst mistake to book a rental on Economy bookings, and never again. They offer cheap deals because that's what they are, cheap and un-reliable service. They have no integrity to stand to their own promises. I took full coverage insurance and had an incident which is exactly covered under it and all they are doing is dodging my calls and not responding to my emails. They list they have a phone in US, but it is re-directed to somewhere in Europe and they do not work per US time, so you will have to stay up late night just to call them or leave all other work and call them first thing in the morning just to find out they are not working today. Golden rule of thumb, things can be cheap or things can be good not both and that's what Economy Bookings is, cheap and un-reliable.
The worse company. I rented through economy bookings which went to Aco rent a car which in turn came out to Rent car 4 less at Orlando. My rate was jacked up to 4 times although I had confirm booking with my own insurance and my own SunPass account for Florida toll road. I got stranded although I booked few weeks in advance. Don't trust or use this company. I am renting car in Orlando every two weeks and this is the worse company. Very shady location at Clarion hotel with each room with different rental car company. Avoid all of them. I give them minus 10 rating. I ended going back to airport and had to pay double with different company.
