I made a reservation for an SUV originally but then we decided to change it to just a compact car. We canceled the SUV and booked the smaller car all on economy bookings. The refund policy seemed very clear as we had canceled more that 48 hours prior they would only keep a small fee. It has been almost 2 months now and still have not received the refund. I have called several times barely getting ahold of someone and every time I do they say they are working on it. I have emailed the support several times to not even get a response. At this point I am starting to believe they are scamming me.

When in Marrakech, I hired a car through Economy Bookings and, at the hour it was supposed to get the car, they didn't sende me the confirmation. So, I went to the company (Sixt) and hired the car myself, with a price much higher than the one they annonced. Nevertheless, they charged 123 euro in my credit card. I contacted them and they never reply. It's a fraud!

I rented a car through them I thought everything was paid for but when I got there the rental car company said I owed a extra 1000 dollars I paid it then I took the car back in a few hours because me and my wife decided that was way too much the rental car company gave me back 900 dollars what I paid and economy booking didn't give me any of the 500 I paid them back it's best to just book through the car company not no agency like this unless you want scammed to
