I read reviews before renting and was a little apprehensive. But they were all wrong! The shuttle came promptly, the attendants were very friendly and helpful, and the car was clean. There were no hidden fees. They charge a $200 deposit, but you get it back when you return the car. I traveled alone with my 3 small children and it worked out well! I would definitely rent from AVR again.

A complete hidden fees more than doubled it shows the amount due but it is not the amount due it the amount you have to pay in addition to what they billed you. If you dont get there in time you lose ALL YOUR money

Made a reservation ($303) that was confirmed. Two hours later, it was canceled with a reason of "UNDEFINED". UNACCEPABLE with card is charged and have to wait 45 days for refund with no reason for cancelation! Complete SCAM!
