Well, since my reservation day hasn't arrived yet, this is only for the booking process. I found the platform easy to use with comprehensive search criteria. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was that there was no mention of the car model. I wish that was included so there would be no disappointments or surprises. Frankly, I'm not sure what to expect to get; a 2015 or 2023 model!
The agent rejected my check in and I looked to them for help. Agents are rude and not helpful and refuse a refund. You email them and suppose to get a response. Fight them with your credit card company. Don't take a voucher. Horrible service. Good luck getting to a live person after your reservation is cancellled or done. They are holding $138 from me with no response. Thiefs!

I had booked my reservation a month before my trip to Europe. When I arrived at the airport I had realized unfortunately, I had left my international driver's permit at home. The rental car place did not want to give me a car without it. I contacted economybooking to see if they can reimbursement and they said no. I was fortunate enough to have my cousin traveling with me and he had a permit with him. The car rental place told me to cancel my reservation and rebook with other permit. I contacted econmybookings and they said were sorry we cannot reimburse because I did not cancel within their time frame. It was impossible to cancel within their policy because I just realized I did not have my permit with me. Therefore I had to pay again for another car using my cousin's permit. Econybookings refused to give me my money back. It was a substantial amount of money. To my conclusion, they do not make exceptions for their customers. My advise to anyone who's potentially willing to use this company, "DO NOT". You're better off booking directly with a car rental place. This is just a third party booking. Horrible company!

Too bad I can't put 0 stars on it! Having forgotten my husband's credit card, we wanted to use mine. It was refused because I wasn't the driver. But they didn't give us the money back.

They pre-charged me for tolls and indicated I would be refunded the difference in a couple weeks. It has been over a month and no refund. What has Economy Bookings done for me? SFA so far. Not helpful in fighting for their clients. It seems you are on your own on this platform. You should not expect Economy Bookings to help you. What Economy Bookings should do is weed out the the rip-off renters (Drive on Holidays) and protect their clients from these scams. I've seen no evidence of that to date!

I booked a car with full coverage. I had an accident with the car and had to pay hoping that Economy Booking would refund me as it said in the contract. I fill a form with the request and got an automatic email saying they would get back to me in 7 to 14 days. It has been 22 days and I didn´t get an answer. Tryed to call, sent emails to many different adresses but no answer. Looks like they are not going to take charge.
Answer: They do not just delay. When something goes wrong, they never intend to make good ony any of their promises: they do not call or write back, they do not follow up, and sure as hell they do not pay you anything unless you force them to, and that (in my experience) can only be done via the courts. This company is rotten and everyone should stay away from them.
Answer: Economy Booking is based in Europe and is impossible to deal with. I would never use them again. I got my money back (the down payment taken off at the time of booking) by using better Business Bureau and going after the US rental company.
