The attendant verified my info and pointed to a row of suv's telling me to take my pick. I picked a fully loaded 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. Wow what a nice car

9.5 The highlight of my experience was the helpfulness of the staff. I was especially grateful for the assistance of Willie Lemons, a service worker with GCA who asked me if I need help when I did not see a car I liked. He asked me what would meet my needs. He found a car for me and asked me if I was willing to wait while it was washed, then he brought it out for me. Willie truly provided me with VIP service! Sherletta Graves was another staff member who was friendly and helpful on two occasions. First, I returned a car and took the keys with me, she promptly called me and left me a message. When I returned her call she was very nice with no threats of additional charges, simply the request to return the keys as soon as possible (I returned the next day). My second interaction with her was on my last rental return before leave Atlanta, again she was very polite yet remembered me and took the time to insure that I was satisfied with everything. There were other team members who provided me with outstanding service as I rented twice during my visit but unfortunately I do not know there names.
