BIGGEST FRAUDSTERS!. My car had gone in for repairs and I could not get a courtesy car from my insurance so I decided to rent a car for the 6 days that my car would be in for repairs. Literally minutes after transacting with economybookings.com, I got a call from my insurance to say they would offer me a rental for the time in which I did not have a car. I tried to cancel the transaction and to my horror I was being charged a ridiculous cancellation fee. Should there not be some rule that cancellations made on the same day as the reservation or within 48hrs should not be charged? I do wish I would have read the reviews before giving my credit card details away. My wish is to save someone else, DO NOT USE ECONOMYBOOKINGS.COM. There is nothing economical about them
We recently traveled to Tampa, FLA and used Economy Bookings for our car rental. I navigated many sites for 4 weeks prior to our travel. Economy was hands down the best rate I ended up getting! Our car rental ended up being with Dollar Car Rental. And they were fantastic! We did not have one glitch from the minute we arrived at the rental counter and got a brand new 2019 Jeep SUV. The one thing I would say that is tricky is to watch VERY CAREFULLY the boxes that are ALREADY CHECKED when you are filling out your rental agreement with them! The box w/added insurance is automatically checked on the form and you WILL be charged if you do not UNCHECK the box. It is a bit under the radar when you are filling out the form. It took me a few times to figure out how to navigate around the added insurance charge. It is not "called out" very clearly on the form. Easily overlooked and a way that they make some $ by customers not paying attention closely.

Customer service refused to help me move my dates for my car rental and they did not want to give me a refund on my reservation. The agent was very rude and did not comply with me, he spoke to me as if I was stupid, they are not people you want to do any business with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
