I was in pursuit of a drop shipping online store, using Shopify as my platform. After juicing me for $2,000, was under the assumption that my site would be completed in weeks. I have cancer and had a set back and asked Randy to put my project on hold. That was a month or so ago. After trying contact every possible way I cannot get a response. I paid two grand and no site. I'm more than pissed. Very deceptive company. Don't do it.

Working with Mr. Johnson was great, he was very knowledgeable. However, the company completed my business and gave me ownership without notice I received several new orders I had to cancel because I was unaware.

I spoke with a few companies out there who made several promises and guarantees on revenue but after deeper digging I found out that these companies are all full of it. I spoke with John at e com who ultimately provided me with the reassurance that they would deliver in every possible way a store that has the potential to see great results. I think the fact that they didn't pressure me, or make any unbelievable promises sold me. I purchased the shareholder package (they had a discount going at the time) and it definitely worked not only do they provide one on one training but they also handled everything and helped me with everything. So I was a bit skeptical about moving forward after reading some of these reviews. I actually spoke with a few different people and some customers of e com global before I moved forward as I understand sometimes you have to go off of an overall experience. I will say my personal experience was pretty decent there was a few times where I wish communication was a little better during the building but I opened this business with them to have the professionals handle it so I guess I have to remember that also. I purchased the manager package, they helped me with the niche and a few sales I am glad they offer the upgrade options and will be coming back for the director package soon

Very happy to see my company continuing to grow with EComm. They have an extraordinary customer service team that was readily available to address all of my questions and concerns. Once I was reassured of their abilities I signed on. Since then I've watch my profits grow while still being able to maintain and control the overall concepts of my business. I'm excited to continue to see my company flourish with all of the support and guidance from EComm

Although communication was tough at times (as mentioned by previous reviews)! I have a fully functional and profitable eCommerce business. That's the only reason for 4 stars, but they definitely know what they're doing. Highly recommended!

I would say I am overall satisfied with the results and the business they created for me. If I could give any criticism it would be with communication. I mean yes I paid them to do everything for me and yes they did give me training but I was somewhat loss with some of the training. I do however know that they know how to find the right products and the website looks amazing. I cwould rate this a 4 out 5 for overall dealing with them but on communication I would say a 3 out of 5. I guess the most important part is did I make money? I did I paid for the VP but I will say this I seen the reviews here and was not comfortable with paying 100% up front so they did work out a payment plan for me to show what they can do I would recommend if possible seeing if they will do that for you.

I wanted to start a Shopfiy store and saw spoke with Richard who claims to be the supervisor. This is a one man show. No one cares about your progress they take forever to complete a task that takes a day ma. They never respond and charge way too much for something they do not do. Do not try them out it is not worth it you will end up regretting it. They charge thousands and then drive you nuts. If you want me to show you proof reach out to me and I will show I regret every single dollar I paid them.

Ecomm reached out and resolved this matter. Thank you to the new team. Looks like they are trying to make things right. I hope the best for anyone else affected by the previous team.

Unfortunately, I had to give a star to write this review. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money - don't bother with this company. I paid $2k. They waited on the phone while I made the payment. These people are very dishonest and will not respond to your requests for updates. That is the last thing you need to deal with when trying to build your dream business and want to make sure that it is exactly how you dreamed. After 90 days I have no website, and no answers. No one responds to repeated messages and update requests. You will be ignored if they can't answer your questions. They have breached their own contract, and as you can see, below, with all of these terrible reviews, we can't all be lying. It's obvious that they don't care about their own business and it's reputation, so why why would they care about yours? Check out another place to build your website, check references/reviews, make sure they are legit. I have written to the Federal Trade Commission, Fraud Division for this company's shady business practices and am seeking legal assistance. You can't just take people's hard-earned money and walk away without delivering the product. That's called stealing and you all are thieves.

I had hired this guy to create a website for me. But after experiencing a great deal of difficulty getting a hold of him, and having him produce very terrible pieces of work while taking a very, very long time, I wanted to stop working with him. I asked him for a refund. He said he would provide one. A month later, I still have not received my refund.

He then saw that I left a negative review for him and promised he would give me a refund if I removed the review. He made me sign a contract for me to agree to delete the review if he gives me a refund. I deleted my review, a week and a half later, still no refund. Attached is a copy of the contract.

This guy is a liar and a fraud. He deserves to be persecuted. I'm pretty sure "Jacob" or "Richard" or whatever he calls himself, is not his real name.

Post script: His reply to my comment is a lie. He reached out once, and told me to call his "boss". I did, and I heard his voice on the voice mail on the other side. He never picked up whenever I called him back.

I am currently in a dispute with him through my bank to get my money back. Still no refund.

What they did I could do myself I have enough experience with Ecomm. I thought they'd give guidance and instruction on how to be successful. They completely ignore basecamp messages, phone calls and emails. Once they finish your project they don't bother coaching you or telling you anything to help you be successful. They respond like they don't care and stop bothering us. We have your money we didn't do anything for you to better your lives and we don't care how you feel about it. My husband and I have contract work and his job is ending later this month. The ecommerce store would have been some backup income for us while we are struggling. They told us we could take our time competing various tasks in basecamp but when my husband was slow to respond they closed out a task regardless of whether it was finished or not. I've waited for months for them to add my husband on to the Facebook business page they created and still nothing. I can create my own business page and setup it but why did I pay them to that if I just have to do it myself anyway? Total waste of time and money. I don't recommend.

Although it took longer then initially suggested, they delivered on everything advertised. I am now the proud owner of a successful automated e-commerce business. Thanks Aja!

So i started with ecomm back in January regarding revamping my site and hopefully helping me turn my website into a profitable business. I tried to do this on my own before coming to them but trust me its alot harder than you would think making a shopify website. Fast forward to April and i have made pretty much a 100% return on my investment (VP Package) and about 2k in profit about 5k in gross rev. Point i am making here is this in my opinion was a great investment. I also love the training material they provided me with and the hands on approach they took to make sure i was good to fly on my own.

We started to work with ecomm global consulting with great hopes but were very disappointed. We found them to be extremely slow to respond and too many time small requested changes we requested were not done. After six months we asked them to cancel the project. It is true we made one change to the scope of the website early on, but this was to simply narrow the product line. We were promised a 50% credit (on June 23rd 2021, see attached) but today after more than two months we have still not seen it. We have spoken with our credit card company and they assure us that no credit is in process.

Our strong recommendation is not to use this company, using resources from Upwork similar sites will allow you to get a site up much more quickly and at a fraction of the cost. The additional benefit of Upwork resources is that you can find someone on or at least close your own time zone and also have direct phone conversations, two things you will not get at ecomm global consulting.

We will update this review in a couple of months and let you know if the 50% credit has been received or not. If we have received it we will adjust the number of stars and update our comments. For now however we would strongly advise against using this company as they do not honor their agreements.

September 23rd 2021. This is an update from our earlier post. As of September 24th we still have not seen the promised credit from June 23rd. We are finding it hard to believe the positive reviews but are open to be proven wrong if they meet their contractual obligations and issue a credit. If so we will post to let everyone know and amend our star rating. As of today we can only continue to discourage anyone from using this organization. Please seek the help you need through Upwork or similar organization. You will save yourself a lot of time and money and easily be able to find top talent on your own time zone.
