I have been enjoying their products (baby soap, oil, lotions, diaper cream and stretch marks cream) and customer service is great! I receive a personal email after every purchase. They provide great customer service for refunds as well.
I have become a regular user of the face cream, the body butter and now the hand lotion. They feel so good on my dry sensitive skin and for my daughters' too. The consistency of each product is so nice. Moisturizing without being heavy or greasy.
I am very happy with the product. It shipped out quickly and is here for my daughters' Birthday. There was just a problem with the payment. I had payed on line when I made the order and it went through on my credit card right away, but I received an email saying that the payment hadn't gone through. I was surprised because at that time I had already received the item. I would order from them again regardless of the mix up.

Just received my order and already Im blown away by the product. My 2 year old has really dry skin/eczema and Ive tried Aveeno and Arbonne products. Poor thing usually whines that the creams burn :( Just applied the skin condition cream for the first time and she didnt say a thing! I asked her if it burned and she said no mommy. I also loved seeing a personal note with my name written in and the chocolate was a fun touch :) Cant wait to see how her skin feels tomorrow!

Very pleased and the little chocolate included was a very thoughtful gesture for a mom to receive :) It was indeed very gentle and helped clear her face very quickly. I just have to keep the dog away from her face because she just wants to lick her face after we put it on lol

While I don't have oily skin I prefer a lighter more matte moisturizer, especially in the summer. The Echo Chic oily skin moisturizer is perfect for my sensitive skin. It absorbs well and leaves my skin soft.
It has a very light, natural scent which I enjoy as well.
I love every product I have tried so far but my favourite is the skin conditions cream. Our whole family uses it for any skin irritation and it clears up in a day. It's the only product that cleared up my daughters ezcema.
Love these products. The diaper cream is fantastic and safe for cloth diapers. The baby cream and oil are a favorite here too. I use the adult face cream and body body all the time. The body butter is luxurious! Could be more happy, plus they are toxin free
I absolutely love the smell and feel of these lotions. The pomegranate is my favorite. I received it very quickly even with the postal strike on. I would definitely recommend these to my friends and family.
I was very disappointed to receive a product that looks " full size" on their website. The product I received was a sample size. It cost $25 ( including shipping) for my sample size.
I haven't tried the product yet but I am not happy about the size. I also haven't received a response to my concerns.

I have been using these products for a year now, and I particularly enjoy the baby face cream, diaper cream and shampoo & body wash. I like the diaper cream as it is compatible with cloth diapers and because it works well on the rash my son has had. The shampoo and body wash is great, foams up well, lathers well, smells good, so much that even my partner uses it! I always read the product ingredients and it is shocking how much petroleum-based products geared to babies are on the market, even so-called "natural" products. Your product ingredient list is simple and clear. If I can read it, I can use it! I do recommend your products to clients, family and friends.

We do not have an email from you showing any displeasure with the product. Your other email was responded to, so I am not sure if there was one sent that we did not receive? In terms of the sizing, all sizes are listed on the website. The Chest Rub is 10g and is the same size as any comparable product. This product has an expiry date of 3 years. Not much is needed with each application, and for most customers, it lasts them at least a year. A sample size for the Chest Rub would be 1g. I hope this helps. Dr Alexis
