I purchased an open box special visor. My truck is a "Patina" rust box. Figured a few dents and scratches would not be a problem. Was in really good shape. I'm glad they allow people to return items and resell them instead of throwing them away.

Would have given 5 stars, but I was given wrong information on the chat so I didnt buy more. Payment would not go through and was told I couldnt use the delivery adresse i put in. I removed one product and all went fine with same US address. It was the limit on one of my credit cards that blocked the payment.
I received the accelerator cable broken. Plastic slide at end appears cracked or sliced.
It's still cumbersome as you try to push parts that aren't even for the vehicle I have. Annoying waste of time and you can select the wrong part. Keep it simple. It is a turn off.

I contacted Customer Service and Jordan came on the phone with me. I never felt rushed as I asked him questions regarding shifter linkage for my 68 Corvette. He took an interest about my car and the work I'm doing to it. Since we are both mechanical minded, we connected. He was very knowledgeable.
I've had great experiences in the past with Ecklers. After receiving a new catalog in the mail about 2 months ago. I started shopping for my next order to place for my car. Once I selected items to order. I went online to place my order. To then find out that of the 9 items that I was shopping for only 4 of them were in stock. 1 item I had to decrease quantity to 1 to even get the item.
Also the pricing in the catalog was not correct compared to on line. The catalog pricing was cheaper across the board from about 25% to 150% higher depending on the items. A little frustrating to say the least.

Nice products. Boxing was weak and busted open by the time I received it. Weak box with minimal tape didn't fare well.

Give better options for delivery. Even though it was UPS, it still went to USPS. Package took longer than expected.
Slow arrival on parts and they have been arriving at different times. The parts that were shipped freight one quarter panel arrived I had to leave work and wait on it thinking it was all of the freight order but it wasn't even half.
Haven't received items yet but will review whether they ship and have been installed
