Ordering is easy enough, They Carry a lot of hard to find parts, the bad is that a week after you order you get a e-mail saying your part s have been Delayed etc.etc. I would say they only average 50% of on time orders. I have been waiting 2 months for 1 part and have 3 more on back order, it leaves you hanging just wondering if one day they will show up.
Ordered scratch and dent. Was not advertised as not in stock. 2 weeks go by, don't know when or if it will be in stock,. All we can do is wait. Could not come to a good resolution to this issue.

Ordered came faster than expected unfortunately one of the rims outer lip was bent. With a tire on it it balanced out great but you expect to get four rims perfect when your buying from Ecklers
Started the online chat and was prompted to ask about ongoing deals and promotions.
I first asked about an advertised t-shirt (kiss my ss) that did not include a photo of the actual shirt. The customer service personnel couldn't help either because he couldn't access a photo. That was odd. How do you advertise and sell a shirt that nobody can see.
I asked about the promotions. First I was told that it wouldn't apply to my order because my order had already shipped. That was a lie. I then sent him a screenshot showing that my order was processing. He then asked fo my order number. I thought he already had it, since he stated that it had already shipped. Then the customer service rep proceeds to tell me that since I was about $27 away from the minimum requirement for one of the promotions then I would not be eligible. You would think that he would at least attempt to find a lesser expensive item to add to my cart to get me to the limit for the deal. That way I would get the $50 off of 300 which intern would motivate me to spend even more money with the company. Neither of which did he attempt to do. He just stated company policy to me via the chat. After being lied to initially, and told that my order had shipped and then being quoted company policy about the minimum amount needed to get a coupon, it shows me that the customer service leaves much to be desired.
