My experience with Eklers is something I've never seen before. They advertised tires on their website which I ordered. They took my credit card and told me that they would be shipped in 4-5 days. Then I received an email telling me that they were 5 to 6 months out.!
When I called, to find out when they would actually ship, because I figured the 5 to 6 months was a typo, I was told it was correct. Without any notice, they gave me a credit back on my credit card. I have no idea where the tires are, at this point, which I don't care, I've used Eklers in the past on other builds.
Someone obviously made a mistake in advertising these, as the exact same tire from Coker, who Eckler gets the tire from was double the price. The funny part is Coker who supplies Eklers has the tires in stock.
So they obviously, rather than honoring their advertised Tire, they just blew me off so I would go away, and that is what I will do. There are so many other honorable companies out there other than Eklers, most of there things are junk anyway.
I'm very skeptical of a company that advertises something that they cannot deliver. Talk about a scam.
If you're looking for T-Bird Parts, try Larry's Thunderbird. So far a very reputable company with great parts, fair prices & great service better than Eklers, but then again, obviously that's not hard to beat.
With the years rolling by and the parts getting harder to find Ecklers had what I needed for a reasonable price.
I was looking for a rear bumper for my truck and I had great service from my customer service man Santino I felt he goes to work for his customers he is always trying to find out what is the best possible ways to make things work I like that in a person that is handling your needs I will be doing business with him more thanks again for the great experience

One fender was mislabeled I have called customer service 6 times now it's been over a month my car had been sitting at the mechanic shop. This has been a complete waste of my time. Bring back the original owners of Rick's camaros they were professional. I'd rather order from China I'm sure that's were these pos "show quality Fenders" were made not impressed
On June 18,2024, I ordered a pair of Corvette Rear Shock Mounts (Right and Left). Because of other projects, I didn't start the rebuild until just lately. I found I had received two right hand shock mounts, not one of each. When I called to tell Eckler about it, they said I am too late to return/replace or to receive credit for the left one. Be careful what you order from Eckler!

I ordered this part for my car from Eckler because they said it would have fast shipping. It's been 6 days and I fedex tracking says they haven't even recived my package yet. No correspondence from Eckler
I lost the order page for a few minutes but fortunately I returned to the page. It may be operator error but nevertheless I didn't know how to find the page easily.
Purchase was simple and reasonably quick. Only negative was I did a chat and asked specifically if screws were included and was told they were but my order did not have any screws included.
