The product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as needed. It was easy to navigate the site, find what I was looking for, and checkout. However, I signed up for emails...and almost immediately regretted my decision. I was bombarded by excessive emails, with intrusive, distracting, and highly unprofessional subject lines. I let it go for about a week to see if anything would change, but alas, it did not. I immediately unsubscribed, and this was before even receiving the product I ordered. Despite the product and ease of purchase this experience would make me hestitate before ordering again or recommended the business.

This hood was delivered damaged, the damage appears to have been done BEFORE shipping as the box it was in was not torn damaged or ripped. I will be contacting Eckler's.

I was debating on the brown or black options picked the black then got notice of open box deal figured it be a black set beings that's what I selected and received a silver color don't know why that was even offered silver doesn't match

Really easy to order and my part came quick. Very satisfied with the whole easy experience!
Item was listed as used at a discounted price. The box arrived 1 week early with no notification.
The packaging was deficient. The hood was loose in an oversize box.
The hood arrived damaged, not used.
Some visual damage is from underneath, covered by the under side supporting structure. One corner of the hood is folded down because there was no protection on it. The hood was not secured in the box.

Found exactly what I needed and order came quickly. Good service and availability.
My phone salesman was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He did everything he could but the problem i have been having is the company has been discontinued and not reproducing the parts for my car. The salesman trying but my car is a 1964 Ford Fairlane 500 ht v8 289 automatic transmission c4 car. Just don't have alot for my application.
The mayor I receive would not work for my car would not adjust over far enough to me to see the rear end of the car through the mirror
