Very easy cause all the information for services was there i wanted to order muliple plants but had to do that separately. I found out after the services; i wanted 2 peace lily plants one for each of my nephews. Found out one was delivered before services and the other one was delivered when people were leaving the church and it wasnt a peacelily it was a different plant which is not what i ordered,

I wasn't notified that the flowers were delivered, so short of asking the family if they were delivered (not a pleasant discussion at a funeral), I had no way to know that using echovita was successful. I heard today from the family, so am able to respond to your survey.
After placing an order I was notified that there was no shop in the area and they could not complete my order. With limited time to get something to the funeral and family it was very frustrating!

Ordered a red, white and blue spray for my good friend that passed. The spray looked just like the picture and was very beautiful, and was delivered exactly when they said it would be.
Our order was canceled because some flowers were not available. Re ordering was not very easy and we had problems with that. Once we finally had an orfwr we were promised same value as our previous order. It was not. We were very dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered. Not worth what we paid for.
Ordered a spray for my sister's funeral. Ordering was fast, easy and the flowers were beautiful. Delivered on time and in great condition.
I purchased a funeral spray on Tuesday with an expected delivery on Friday morning for the wake but I received an email on Thursday evening stating that my delivery wasn't going to happen because the florist would be closed until the next Monday. Nevertheless, I was unable to provide a funeral spray for the family. The company shouldn't have accepted the order to begin with, knowing they couldn't fulfill the order. I will never use AGAIN. Echovita is an obituary website. All of our flower orders are processed by Blooms Today. They assign each order to a local florist. The local florist should have informed you earlier if they couldn't fulfill your order. The only valid reason to inform you at the last minute they would be closed is if they had an emergency at their shop and had to be closed.
I did not see the flowers in person. So can ot evaluate.
May e you should consider sending a pic of the order before it is delivered foe a more accurate survey
My aunt passed away quite a distance from us and my mom wanted to send flowers. Echovita Carried the obituary with the details for the services and had pictured options of flowers to choose from, with prices. Couldn't have been easier. When we arrived for the services the flowers were there as pictured.
From the photographs on your site the bouquets appear much larger than what was sent.

When placing your order, you can choose the size you want and the approximate dimensions (measurements) of the arrangement are provided directly beneath the photo. I ordered flowers for a relative who recently pass. Flowers were to be delivered to the funeral home at 1pm. However after numerous calls the flowers weren't delivered until late in the day. (5pm) our relative only had a one day showing. It was very embarrassing to see let the close family members know the flowers were running late.
Will not be ordering from here in the future.
I ordered this arrangement through the recommendation of the Funeral Home in Waltham, MA.
The arrangement arrived in perfect time for the wake despite the fact it was a last minute order. It was just as pictured online, just gorgeous. I will defintely order from Echovita in the future.
Showing was at 10:30 and I wasn't informed that they couldn't be delivered until 11:45. I ordered the flowers through the funeral home's website. Very disappointed.

I ordered flowers in this site provided by the funeral home where the services were being held. As for them to be there Sunday for a Monday morning service. Never heard anything card was charged etc. then after the service I talked to my best friend who lost her brother-in-law and asked her if she got our flowers and described them. She said she remembered seeing flowers of that arrangement but her sister-in-law took the cards. Later that day or the next day I get this note from the local company you used saying there was a problem with our order and they weren't delivered and my card was credited. That was it. Today the three families who the flowers were from including my family all received thank you notes from our friend thanking us. How embarrassing is this situation? Your company should have followed up with me and sent some time of arrangement to my friends home on your dime! So it was not only terrible it is hugely embarrassing snd I don't know what to do now as it included coming from our close group of friends And I even wrote your company to include the two other families name. So now I am embarrassed for them. So you tell me how this experience went! It was.a wake and funeral service Monday morning - that was it for Peter Rist of Kennebunk,Maine! And I find out after the fact they never made it. Seriously. This isn't a birthday where you can have a year to be belated!. I haven't even opened her thank you card!

I certainly appreciate this being a free service that is offered but it is supposed to show on Facebook and it DOES NOT and where is absolutely no way to share it from your site, so it's worthless. Very sad!

All obituaries are not posted to Facebook because Facebook limits the amount of posts we can make per day and there are more obituaries posted each day than the limit allowed by Facebook. However, you, yourself can share the link on your own Facebook page. Furthermore, obituaries posted on our website are found via a simple Google search. Thank you.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.

You placed your order at 8:23a.m. For delivery by 12:00p.m. Our partner, Blooms Today did their best to try and find a florist within the area to fulfill your order, but none were available. There is nothing we can do in that situation. Typically, your order should not have been accepted because the minimum time for orders to be delivered the same day when receiving orders in the morning before hours of operation is 2p.m. We are working with our programmers to fix this.
