My experience was without any glitches or problems, but I really have no idea if the arrangement was or wasn't actually delivered to a church funeral. I attended the funeral and saw many arrangements packed into the back of the church, inside, but on a nice bench inside the entrance. I'm assuming the church did not want them on the alter. There were many lovely arrangements, but other than your confirmation that our arrangement was delivered, I know nothing. I'm guessing that the cards may have been collected and given to the family, but the family would not know which arrangement and eternity candle was from us. Do you write what the type of arrangement on the note to the family? Your part was a great experience, but next time, I will wait a week and send the flowers directly to my friend's home. No complaints. Very convenient. Easy to manage the website. My Echovita experience seems quite flawless. THANK YOU. I appreciate the experience I had.
Echovita offered a variety of excellent options. Were unable to get me what I ordered but "would be as close as possible", for over $150-

I ordered online and it allowed me to place a same day order for after 2pm. It was 2 days later I was called to let me know they were never delivered because they couldn't find someone to handle it it. This is totally unacceptable to find out 2 days after I needed the flowers delivered.If I had known I could have called somewhere else.

For orders placed for same day delivery, our partner, Blooms Today does their best to try and find a local florist who is able to fulfill your order. When the delivery address is a cemetery, it is really difficult because if the florist is unable to contact the cemetery to find out where the flowers are supposed to go (plot location), it makes it very difficult to insure the flowers will be delivered on time for the service. They did their best to have your order fulfilled, but with only 4.5 hours between you placing your order and the start of the service, it doesn't leave much time. However, you should have been notified not long after placing your order, instead of the following day. Your order was refunded by Blooms Today, the next day.

I placed an order for a $300 plus arrangement for my fiancé's best friend who passed away suddenly before being able to make it to our wedding. While needing to plan for a wedding, we now had to prepare for a trip to a funeral across country. The order was confirmed, and then the day before I was contacted with the apology of needing to have the delivery go to another address for some reason that could not be explained. So instead of the flowers going to the funeral home, had the flowers being sent directly to the place she was staying so she could deliver them herself. Then the night before they called again, saying they couldn't do that timeframe and needed me to provide another one. Then yet another call came from them explaining to me that they just weren't going to be able to deliver them at all to anywhere, And without the slightest condolence

We're sorry to hear about your experience under these circumstances. I would like to, however, clarify a few things because your review is a little misleading. You make it seem as though your order was made well in advance of the delivery date, however, you placed your order on June 29th at 6:55a.m. For delivery on June 30th at 2:00p.m., therefore, when you said, "...then the day before I was contacted with the apology of needing to have the delivery go to a different address for some reason..." that was actually the same day you placed your order. Blooms Today was trying to do everything possible to fulfill your order and you were notified each time there was an issue. "The night before" was the same day you placed your order, so it wasn't like they waited until the last minute to contact you, they contacted you all on the same day you placed your order. Thank you.
I think you guys did a good and timely job. The arrangement was lovely, but it was supposed to be in a blue vase as the theme of the arrangement was a touch of blue with the contrasting blue and the white flowers. There were tiny blue flowers in the arrangement, but I screenshot the order and it was supposed to be in a blue vase. The family loved the arrangement and the nessage in the card was correct. I would definitely use your service again
Ordered Flowers to be delivered to a family member funeral, were never delivered. Then they were supposed to be delivered to the Family house and were never delivered. The order was made 5 days before the Funeral, so it wasn't like there wasn't time. Very upsetting at the time.
I couldn't get my 1st choice time slot, the order was delivered a little later than I requested (I was already gone). I got an email that it was delivered, I wasn't there to confirm. I never saw the arrangement, the services may have already been over, so I have no idea if it made it to the intended recipients, or what it looked like.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home but they were delivered to our residence. I sent a complaint in and the flowers were delivered to the residence of the daughter's deceased mother.
Found out too late that flowers couldn't/wouldn't be delivered to my Uncle's funeral in time, albeit the floral arrangement(s) being advertised on his obituary page/funeral website. They offered to "resend" my order to the widows home later, but, what good would that do? The flowers were meant to be at the viewing and service!

I ordered flowers for a funeral visitation via a link attached to the obituary on line. The bouquet delivered was not as shown at all In either flower species or color. I contacted the vompanybreharding this andcwas given a partial refund. But i also found the price of the possible arrangements to be overpriced. I was also very surprised that the order was managed from an American company for a funeral in Ontario and fulfilled by a florist in the same village that the funeral was held in in ontario. I will never use a service like this again. In the future I will contact a florist in my area to manage an order.
I am happy that these arrived on time for a "Celebration of Life" event with ordering the day before. The arrangement looked nice.

This was my first time ordering flowers for a funeral on the obituary website instead of a local florist. The flowers/plant wasn't delivered. I did get an email the following week stating that the order couldn't be filled and I was issued a refund. Then the following week I received another email asking ME to check with the recipient to see if the order was fulfilled.
The arrangement was never received. I was at the service both days. I inquired with the funeral home and the recipients family. I contacted the company and have received no response.

It was easy to order flowers for my cousins funeral. I would have liked to know when they were delivered. This is my only concern, all else went well.
Dish garden was exactly what I wanted it to be, the family loved it - as it was perfect - they were able to bring home and always have as a memory of their mom!

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
