I ordered my plant and it was delivered on time, I asume. Since I was not able to attend the service I can't say first hand how it looked or exactly when it was delivered but the process was Quick and easy!
It was very easy to make the order! The flowers arrived on time with the note I had choosen. I could not make it to the celebration of life, but my friend took a photo of the flowers and they look beauitiful!

Selection good, easy to do on line but NO follow up email or text saying if the flowers were delivered. I still don't know if they were delivered to the funeral or not……
I ordered an arrangement to a funeral service the morning prior to the service. Although the site offers same day delivery, I requested next day delivery. AFTER the service, I was notified that the arrangement wasn't delivered. I also got an international charge on my account because you aren't located in the U.S. but you claim to be local.

We're sorry to hear your order was cancelled and refunded. Technically, your order was still same day delivery because local florists do not deliver flowers at 9:00a.m. Since that is when most open and others are still closed. The international charge you received is from your credit card company, not Echovita. As stated both on the final order checkout screen, and on your receipt, some U.S. residents may be charged an international fee based on their credit card's terms and agreement, since Echovita is an obituary website based in Canada. However, Echovita serves both Canada and The United States because we are partnered with Blooms Today, which is an American company who works with local florists throughout both Canada and The United States. Each order is assigned to a local florist, who is then responsible for fulfilling the order on time. Thank you.
I tried to email the site on my experience and I was told I had to contact the vendor directly?
Anyway, took pictures of the arrangement and it was not as appeared in the photos of pictures to order. I ordered the largest arrangement available on the site, and the arrangement delivered was more greener and less flowers, very disappointed. Mary Ann Lukowicz

It was fast easy and helpful. They let me know when the flowers were delivered, which was a huge relief. I would use them again. Very happy with the whole experience.

We placed an online order for a funeral arrangement. The following day rec'd notice that the order could not be delivered to the funeral parlor but it could be delivered to the grave site. I canceled the order for the $150+ floral arrangement. That was my experience.
My best friends mother passed and I could not attend funeral. The ease of ordering the gorgeous flowers was wonderful. They were delivered when I needed them to be.
I'm happy the flowers were delivered to the home of the deceased the next day, but I got a confirmation email that they were delivered to the funeral home the day before. I would've appreciated a notification that they couldn't be delivered until the next day. It was embarrassing asking the family if they received the flowers when I was at the funeral home. Please do better.

The arrangement was supposed to be white lilies but there were very few lilies (3 or 4) and the rest were carnations. Very disappointing.

Arrangement delivered was not what was ordered. Ordered very colorful basket with roses, greenery and other flowers. Received a small basket of greenery. Complained and asked for refund. Very embarrassing. Got a full refund.

Was a bit disappointed when I saw it in person. For the cost it wasn't very big and it was mainly white flowers with a blue ribbon. I was expecting a lot more blue flowers for the Greek colors of blue and white.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a very good fried of mine, went to the services and saw they were NOT there called customer service who said there was a problem with my order that they will reimburse me Why they did not contact me if there was a problem I do not know

You're absolutely right. You should have been contacted before. In this scenario, the local florist will be penalized and if it happens again with this local florist, they will be removed from the program.
I ordered flowers for a viewing and service the day before and they got there on time!
Appreciated that the flowers were delivered earlier than specified to be available the viewing the night before the celebration of life at the church--and later transported to the cemetery for the burial.
Flowers were beautiful and received many positive comments. Unfortunately the lilies had to be removed since one of the attendees had an allergy, but that wasn't the fault of Echovita. Just something to be aware of before you order flowers.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
