I was disappointed on the flowers recieved. Way smaller than what I imagine and not the way the picture looked on the website. These flowers were for a funeral of my aunt who was a Franciscan nun, mother superior so those flowers were viewed by quite a few people.

We ordered flowers on Saturday after we received notice of the death and arrangements for a funeral which was on Monday. We received a call at 9am on Monday stating they could not deliver in time for the service at 1pm. Very disappointing that they did not contact us on Saturday that they couldn't fill our request instead of waiting until Monday morning and they didn't even offer us a refund since they couldn't fill our order. Will never use them again. Very poor, unprofessional company.
Everything went according to plan, the Gracious Lavender flower arrangement arrived on time and at its specified location. Even the comments were posted ahead of the wake so that the family knew there were people standing around them in their time of grief.
The Gracious Lavender flower arrangement was absolutely breathtaking.
I would like to add this, I failed to fill out the entire form and I wasn't aware of it until after the fact, but this organization got it all done and filled in the gap with all the information I failed to supply and brought everything together in record time.
From start to finish Echovita was and is the epitomy of excellence.

I was not able to attend the funeral, I only knew a couple days in advance and only requested flowers from Echovita the day before the funeral.
Not having yet received comment from the family since the funeral, it was comforting to receive a message from Echovita that the flowers were indeed delivered.

I thought Echovita was connected to the funeral home.and would not have used it if I knew I would be charged the extra fee that was not part of my order

After getting notice of my delivery, from Blooms Today, after the expected delivery time, I requested confirmation of actual delivery time twice and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Very disappointed in the lack of follow up and customer service. I now find out Echovita and Blooms Today are 2 different entities and I'm not sure how ordering thru Echovita even got me to Blooms Today. Either way, I still have no clue if the order I placed for a 10 am funeral 2 weeks ago, was delivered on time.

I used the option to have Echovita deliver a flower selection to funeral services for a former classmate, but got a message they could not deliver to the zip code given. I tried an nearby alternative zip code to get flowers delivered so I could have them taken to the funeral, but was told the only alternative was a refund that I have received. The funeral home managed to find a flower service locally that would deliver and I used that instead. Sadly, Echovita is evidently not a widespread provider and I made a mistake trying to make arrangements with them.
Although the arrangement was beautiful it was very small when compared to another one my friend ordered from a local florist. The same plants and price.

Where the flowers had been delivered. Through mutual cooperation, the recipients were informed and picked up the flowers at the location. The recipients loved the flowers, said they still looked beautiful even though they had been sitting at the wrong address for a couple of days before the mixup was fixed. It was a clerical error, and again, many thanks to Blooms Today customer service for initiating the calls to correct the situation. Thank you very much.
I placed my order through the funeral obituary site. The so called link led me to believe it was a local florist. It was not local and Echovita called to tell me the order would be canceled because they weren't able to deliver the same day of the visitation. My money was promptly returned. Which I appreciated. I then looked up a different florist in the town where the funeral was and they were able to assist me over the phone and even texted a picture of the arrangement sent! Overall interaction was good and prompt but didn't like being miss led!
Ordering flowers through echovita simplified everything!
When you are grieving the sudden loss of a family member, it is so much easier to have someone else do the work when all you have to do is choose!

It was quick and easy. I purchased the candle through Amazon and received it in two days. I used it last night and snuffs the candle out right away. It's about 5" and black. Well made and just the right size. Would recommend.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
