The process was okay, but nothing spectacular or that stood out. The loose leaf is of a poorer quality than the hardback, and I'm not sure if I would recommend it. I usually go to Chegg, where I know the book is used, I know what I am buying, and the prices are more reasonable.

The order has not arrived 17 days later. I'm about to start of third week of classes without my textbooks. Every time I try to complain, I'm told not enough time has passed. This is not a serious organization.

ECampus said my credit wasn't going through. Turned out it did go through and I got charged twice. I called the next morning and they said it was too late and I would get charged twice and have to return the book with a $17 restocking fee

I ordered three books. They didn't give a total amount with the UPS Express shipping so had to separately calculate it myself. After some time of waiting, I checked to find out what was going on with the books only to find they had all been cancelled. There was no notification or explanation for this. As a result I missed out on obtaining these books from other sources. I contacted the customer service team on multiple occasions but still no response to this day.
