Brilliant. It gave me options to evaluate my expenses for textbook rentals or purchases during my college experience. Some books they have and some don't but very beneficial to scan through or check the status of availability. Price wise was exceptionally reasonable.

However, they didn't have the book my student needed, but eCampus not only had it in stock it was also an even cheaper price. The book was shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. It appears that the return process for this rental will be simple as well. You have a new customer and I will be telling my counselor friends and all my students as they head out to college. I have ordered from eCampus multiple times. The books come quickly. It has always been a positive experience. And affordable prices.

I ordered and paid for a book, also paid for faster shipping. I never heard a word, so after 7 days, I contacted customer support. They said don't even have the book to ship to me (said they are still waiting for it to arrive to the warehouse but have no idea when it will be there). Are you allowed to "sell" something to someone that you don't even have? The money was taken on the day I ordered, so they have my money, but no book to sell. I asked for the digital version instead. They said no, I would have to pay for that and also wait 7 days for a refund from the original book. No way, I don't trust this company and want to tell everyone to STAY AWAY.

Customer service quickly allowed me to get a replacement but I was initially sent the wrong textbook.

I really liked the various options for rental lengths, and I felt like the prices were good. The book is in excellent condition.

Product was advertised as having 'free shipping' but truly had over ten dollars in required fees for shipping.

Edit: I was reached out to by the company, and had it explained to me that you either get free shipping OR a discount. I didn't know, haha, but if I did I would not have used the discount code provided. I ended up paying more for my book than not.

Still, very fast shipping! I got the book right before my lab, and my email let me know exactly where my order was at all times, and when it arrived. I got what I ordered, so despite the confusion with their free-shipping claims, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I was very happy to be able to get books that cheap. They came in within about a week one was in very very good condition. The other was definitely used, but nothing that would prevent me from using it for class. There were just a few notes in it. It was a spiral book so the papers were a little worn down. I can't complain though because I would've been paying $180 for it and I only paid $30.
