I ordered a wig it came then a week later the same wig came again and u did not order it. And i was charged for the second one. They told me to send it back I cut the card board around the wig so it would fit in package. They then said they would not except the wig or refund my money. And said I had to pay them to send it back... I have one and did not want another one. Called to get this straight lady yelled and was very rude as they all have been frm the time I called to try to figure out why they send me 2 wigs. They are nice as long as you are ordering let them make a mistake them not you all HELL will break out. Very good wigs but they do not put the customer first trust me let something go wrong... I'm done found a better site with kind operators who put the customer first. And they have all the same wigs and ponytails great quality also and cheaper. EBONYLINE CAN KICK ROCKS. ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAM HAVE SWITCHED TO A BETTER COMPANY... AND ITS NOT OVER THEY WILL BE HEARING FRM MY LAWYER... YESSSS... ITS THE PRINCIPAL NOT THE MONEY..

I understand your frustration with the mail service delivery that you chosen since it was delayed however we have reached out to you via telephone and email and we have not received a response from you. Our website is up and running without issues, we are receiving emails and live chats. The tracking you received is a valid tracking that by the way we do not generate ourselves, USPS generates the tracking numbers and they can be verified on their website and at any USPS post office. I will reach out again for a resolution and to confirm the address you entered since I did see the USPS indicated the address is not valid and the order may be returned to sender.
