This website is terrible. I ordered from here once before and they did not communicate that the item was out of stock. I was just waiting and waiting until i finally emailed and encountered the RUDEST customer service agent. I tried to give the website a chance again because they were they were the only ones who carried a specific item, and once again they did not communicate ANYTHING regarding my shipping I had to email them ONCE AGAIN to get information. Again, I encountered the agent. * is the worst person I have ever spoken with or emailed. This man or woman needs to be trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE! This person makes me not even want to TRY to spend my money here. I ordered a week in advance and paid for priority shipping and it will not be here on time. I spoke with Summer in the customer service Department and she exceptional with resolving why my order had not shipped out. She was compassionate, caring, and truly concerned with how I felt.
WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They sent me the WRONG unit and refused to comp for the unit. I waited over two weeks for the unit to be sent from the manufacturer only to receive the WRONG unit and WRONG color. The reps refused to do anything and on top of that were so RUDE! I a now stuck with a unit that I can't wear as the color is terrible. The rep then proceeded to tell me that i should know that they don't do returns just like any other beauty store. Are you kidding? You send the wrong unit and then refuse to correct it AFTER i waited for 2 weeks. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS GHETTO PLACE AGAIN!

I bought 24 inches OUTRE MYTRESSES GOLD LABEL 100% UNPROCESSED HUMAN HAIR LACE FRONT WIG - NATURAL WAVE. What did they send me 18-20 inches. Who does that? They refuse to take responsibility and change the hair. All they told me is that they are going to charge me 20% of under restocking fee $50. This website is a fraud and a joke! Stay away

I have been a customer of Ebonyline for years, and purchasing online has improved so much with the updating of whether the product is 'IN STOCK' or 'OUT OF STOCK'. There is no longer any guessing of whether you will obtain your selections. It also makes it very easy with the pulldown menu of the Brand names. That way you can see everything of a particular brand name, and I noticed that other wig sellers don't always have that option. Thank you Ebonyline and DAEJONNA D. I ordered 3 wigs from this site that were supposedly delivered by FedEx but I never received them. I did get the tracking number from EbonyOnline but FedEx would not help me because of the shipping method, SmartPost. When I tried to file a claim with FedEx I got this msg: ONLY the "SHIPPER" can file a claim and a live FedEx rep also told me that only the shipper can request a trace which is what EbonyOnline asked me to do via email - they are the shipper
I cannot get any help from EbonyOnline on a trace or with filing a claim. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. GONNA MAKE SURE I PLACE THIS CRITIQUE ON YELP AS WELL.

This online store is absolutely unbelievable horrific, I ordered a number of different items, totaling to almost $200 I then contacted them 3 days later when I noticed it was not shipped out, I received an email a day later apologizing the items are not in stock... they said in a few more days. I waited almost another week and emailed again and another apology with the manufacturer dont have the items, and to cancel their screwup by canceling your order is a serious headache, they were SO QUICK to debit my money out of my account but I waited 2 weeks to still be told not in stock. Most sites if its not in stock you cannot order the item. But these scammers allow you to order it anyway knowing its not in stock then say its coming to another 3-4 days later that its a manufacture problem, if my money isnt credited into my account in 2 days Im contacting my bank and the BBB.
