Ebonyline has great products. What you see online is what you get. They are authentic and do not try to deceive their customers. I have place orders with other wig companies and they have been deceitful, the picture on the site is not what you receive. Also their customer service agents are great, for example Michelle. She is polite and prompt. I have not had a bad experience at Ebonyline. I am always satisfied.

I've bought wigs from Ebonyline for years. Their pricing is the lowest even without promotions. I emailed them after placing order #******* over the weekend to confirm all wigs were in stock. Within minutes Hector replied they have my wigs & my package was all ready to ship. Sure enough the next day I had tracking info telling me I would have them in 4 days. Hector has always been awesome every time I've had the pleasure of speaking with him. Thank you Hector.

This company is still using COVID as an excuse to NOT have a phone # to be reached to speak to a alive person. Totally unacceptable. I will not spend money with a company that doesnt respect me enough to talk to me directly. They also no matter how much money you spend with them do not honor any of the promotion codes that are advertised through sites for there website. I will never do business w/ them again i will take all my funds and spend it with others that appreciate my dollars.

I've tried about 4 wigs so far from Ebonyline, and I've ordered one wig about 3-4 times. Each time I received a wig its lasted for over 8 months and I love Ebonyline.
