I purchased hair on Monday, August 7th afternoon and paid $21.55 for "Priority Shipping." I contacted their live chat and email because they don't have a phone number to advise them I needed the package by Friday, which is what their website says to do. It's Monday, August 14th, and I still don't have hair! I even pushed back my appointment on Saturday, to the evening because it was initially supposed to arrive on Saturday. I messaged the live chat today and their rep Zahid was extremely rude. I deserve to be refunded for my shipping fee because I did not receive priority shipping. I also asked for a return label because I shouldn't have to pay to ship it back. She advised me they can't do that, which I know you can do if you use shipping carriers. Zahid then proceeded to say to me that she was not going to go back and forth with me. I told her she was rude and I would never order from this company again.

At first glance the site seems reasonable. The site is often out of the item you order. This is concerning because they immediately charge you even if they do not have the item in stock. Then you have to wait 7-10 business days to get your money back.

On top of this, the shipping is extremely high. So high that it is cheaper to use the 499 shipping than any discount they supply. Which means their discount codes are meaningless. They state that 80% have shipping start within 24 hours; I was one of the unlucky 20%. Us 20% have to wait 5-7 BUSINESS days, before receiving a shipping notice. Then wait a week to a week and a half for the basic 499 shipping. Now, you don't know you are apart of the 20%. I found out by contacting customer service. There is no heads-up.

That is not feasible on a time crunch. At this point, you might as well shop locally.

Larissa and Zahid provided the absolute worst customer service experience. I ordered 4 items from EbonyOnline. Company did not contact me to let me know 2 of the items were out of stock. I emailed to follow up, and they informed me only 2 out of 4 were available. Got on the chat. Larissa logged me out two times in less than 10 minutes before we could conclude the conversation. On the 3rd login, Zahid got on too and told me to get lost. As a first time customer, the experience was a bummer. Please do better. Don't care about your free $10 if you cannot provide a decent customer service.
