I bougth some extremely (really, really extremely) high priced tickets for Wimbledon. The tickets were supposed to arrive to my hotel 1-2 days before the event. They didn't. Not only that, but when I tried to get answers about what was going on, nobody would answer and when eventually the did, all they did was lie to me. After all this, the took the liberty to arrange that the tickets would be deliver near the event just one hour (1 freking hour!) before said event. When the guys (2 suspicious looking guys, most likely to be drug dealers than anything else, and quite agressive and scared of policemen) finally arived they had the tickets, but weren't what the site said they were (at least they were not fake, just worse). When I asked the two guys what was going on, the said that they didn't know anything because they were just delivery men and held no responsibility what so ever.
So, in conclusion, if you want to overpay for the worst service I have ever, EVER, experienced, go for Easy Sports Tickets. Elsewise, choose the competition.

This company is as bad as they get. I originally booked tickets to watch a Barcelona game that then got moved to the previous day, i had booked very good seats for a surprise for my children, when the game got moved i called them to advise we couldn't attend as was not in Barcelona so asked for a refund they said no it wasn't there problem, after speaking to a very aggressive ignorant man we eventually compromised on if i booked the Juventus match which we could go to he would refund my money so i had no option other to book, as it was a champions league game the tickets were obviously a lot more expensive so i decided not to go, so asked for the 3 tickets for my husband and children, we were unable to have the seats we had originally booked due to the increase in cost. The guy advised the tickets would be at the back of the stadium and the cost per ticket as 235 each he said if i paid this it would guarantee the seating together. After not receiving the tickets through i chased them several times, they said i would receive them but the way i had been treated didn't have much confidence. After still not receiving the tickets on the day, again several call later they appear by email fours hours before kick off, we then have to try and find somewhere to print them off in Barcelona. However the tickets they have sent us have all been split up and the prices per tickets range from 108 to 140! I paid double this per ticket! After another call to advise i had booked tickets together as I have two small children they said they can not ever guarantee tickets together so I've got what i have got and then put the phone down on me! What great customer service. This has now resulted in my children not being able to attend the game as they are not old enough to sit on their own at the game in a foreign country. I am totally disgusted that this company can riot people off and then get away with it. I just wish i had read the reviews before booking with them. Nearly 700 pounds wasted and two very upset children

I’m sorry to hear that but I’m a bit surprised as Wimbledon championships ended in July of this year and you are complaining only now in mid November 2013? We are serving thousands of happy sports fans every month including many Tennis fans as well as lots of Wimbledon fans from all over the world and we have never encountered with a customer who complained four months after the event has ended.
Furthermore, if I look at your review I can understand that you ordered Wimbledon tickets from our website, you got the tickets you have ordered (only now after more than 3 or 4 months you claim they are not “what the site said they were”) and eventually you watched the desired Tennis match.
I’m sorry but we are unable to investigate your complaint after such a long period of time
As suppliers and ticket sources have changed already by this time.
It’s not clear what are you trying to gain from defaming our website publically and damaging our Business reputation.
