Dear Deepak S on the 19/12/2015 few days after you booked the tickets you asked to cancel your order complaining about the order process, we accepted your request and cancelled the order and refund you back the money.
On the 14/3 two days before the game you sent us email asking for your tickets but your order was canceled long time ago, we any way tried to call you again to see if you still want new tickets but you didn't answer the phone.
We are very sorry to learn from your experience but what we understand is that you asked to cancel and we done it.
