I was so afraid after reading here that I won't get my tickets, but everything went great.
I bought 2 tickets to the Real Madrid - Liverpool game, they delivered the tickets one day before the game, and it's the only thing that was nerve wracking, because you don't know till the last minute what is going on. But beside this everything was amazing! The seats was unbelievable! And the service was great. Thanks for a great one ;)

Tickets ordered in August for Real Madrid vs Liverpool on 4th November. Eventually I received an email on the 31st October saying I would receive the tickets on the 3rd November. I asked for a tracking number and was supplied number and a courier but the courier has no record of any deliveries to my address or the tracking number provided I have emailed the delivery team asking for an explanation but have had no reply and the phone is not being answered... I spent lot of money in 4 tickets and am concerned that the courier knows nothing! With less than 2 hrs before delivery deadline I'm not convinced to tickets will come in the event they don't I want to be refunded in full. I hope I am wrong and if I am I will return to this site to update my review but for now I am less than impressed. It's now 22:32 and no tickets, disappointed would be an understatement to say the least! Tomorrow I will be penning my letter of complaint.

Tickets arrived 15.5 hrs late on match day! With a completely different tracking number assigned. Still no response from customer services or the delivery team. Not even acknowledgment of the problem. Terrible service will not be using them ever again!

I finally received an apologetic phone call from easysportstickets.com, I was given the excuse that the courier was too busy to finish their rounds on delivery day. Still unacceptable as they had my number and could have let me know. I was also told that the error in the tracking details was beyond easysportsticket.com's control. I can't help but think that this review triggered the call as I have had in total 3 calls asking for me to update my review. So here it is, this phone call in no way changes my mind. I will never use them or encourage anyone to use them. It was a horrendous experience, and now that I have updated my review they have no reason to contact me again.

Looking forward to buy from them again, fantastic service.
We book the tickets before two month, They said they will deliver the tickets to the Hotel reception finally we went to the game of Real Madrid v FC Barcelona, they have very nice people in the customer service we call them and they were professional, also the price was the cheapest i could find on the internet.

We order tickets two weeks before the game, they sent us the tickets to our home address with prepaid envelope, we received plastic cards and letter saying to return the cards back with the pre paid envelope after the game, was little bit concerned about it but when we arrived to Manchester every thing went smooth, we entered into the stadium the seats was great Manchester United didn't win Chelsea but it was good experience with easysportstickets.

Travel from Sau Paulo to Europe for two weeks arrived to London and looked for something interesting to do, we search on Internet and found Easysportstickets selling tickets for Chelsea v Arsenal playing in 2 days, we called them before booking the tickets and they said they still available we ask were and when we will received the tickets, they said to the hotel on the same day you will book, so we ordered 4 tickets on the best place paying 300 pound each ticket, they realy done good job
We received the tickets on the same day to the hotel, we watched the game and enjoy every minute was fantastic game.

Before Christmas I booked tickets for this weekend's match between Barcelona and Deportivo. On my insistence the tickets were sent electronically despite being told that they would have to be sent to my hotel. Just over 2 weeks ago the tickets were re-sent showing the same details i. E. that the match would be played on Sunday. On this basis I booked my flights and hotel as it is a bank holiday and the prices were going up. The match has now been moved to Saturday and will be finished before my flight arrives and to get an earlier flight will cost £163 per person therefore is uneconomical. I appreciate that this is not the fault of Easysporttickets but there is nothing to compensate me any of the money that
I paid some time ago. I was asking whether I would still attend to which I have said no, but since then I've heard nothing. I've done my money SO BEWARE!

We ordered tickets for FC Barcelona game last month unfortunately we have very bad situation in the family and we couldn't fly, we call to the customer service and explained them the problem they take it very professional and pass us to the manager in charge.
He offer us to use our money as credit for the future events i explain him we don't know if we will have the same opportunity after our bed situation.
He understand the problem and confirm us he will refund the money back, yesterday I received the money and i can only say good things about easysportstickets.

He even emailed me photos of the pickup location the day before pick up with information and tips about travel from the hotel to the tickets location. The directions were easy to follow. This is not our first time ordering from EasySportsTickets but after we saw there is some complaints i can say we was little bit nervous so we call the company and they said some of the complaints are coming from Competitors so we start to read and its realy look like not all of them are real reviews.
