Tickets for Manchester United v Hull City arrived in Time so there is nothing to complain about. The price was fair, we received plastic cards we prefer to have paper tickets next time.

Before i bought the tickets I asked if they could be deliverd on time at my homeadres. The answer was Yes so I bought the tickets. After that I was asked to give my hotel adres in Barcelona where the tickets would be delivered 3 to 5 days before the match. But the tickets didn´t come. The day of the match i still didn´t have them so I contacted for the third time bij telefone. I had to threat with a lawsuit so i would get the tickets that day at 13 ours. Than they were delivered on time. I was for three days unsure if Easysportstickets was a real company or fake and i could´n´t enjoy my holiday.

I ordered tickets for football world cup in Rio, Brazil for a match 25 June 2014 and despite a lot of e-mail confirmations they could not deliver - message about that only received a few hours before the match.
But to get the refund promised 30 days after event has not happened yet at date 21 November despite numerous of reminders. They don't reply. I have lost a lot of Money on this and I regard this company as a scam. My strong recommendation is to keep away from this company. Do not order tickets from EasySportsTickets. They will only take your money.

The last message I received from them was 27 August. Since than I have sent weekly reminder but they simply don't reply. To get hold of them on telephone is almost impossible - and if they do they say they shall transfer me to a colleague and than the line is cut.

Was very satisfied, as everything worked perfectly.
Payment, informations and delivery were quiet perfect

When you check for tickets on internet, the price compare is essential. In case of CL match in London, prices to compare was in GBP. I choose EasySportsTickets mainly due to good price. But I was charged in USD, were the exchange rate was really bad. So I paid 20% more than if been charged in GBP. Upon complain, I never got any answer from EasySportsTicket.

Except from this disappointment, ticket delivery and our seats was OK.

Received email to describe my experience with Easysportstickets i decide to write some good feeling about there service.
Traveled last week to Amsterdam bought tickets for the champion League game Ajax v Fc Barcelona my friend recommended me to go and buy from this company, he bought from them last year and he really come back with very good experience.
I can only say the same very nice experience well done.

Ordered 5 tickets for Real Madrid v liverpool match. Very Poor communication but tickets were waiting at hotel when we arrived.
2 of the tickets were fake and couldn't get into ground.
Complained but no acknowledgement or communication.

WOULD NOT USE AGAIN

I ordered and paid for Real Madrid v Liverpool tickets well ahead. They said they would be delivered to my hotel the day before game. Waited and waited... rang countless times... no reply. Emailed dozen times... no reply. The tickets did arrive late that night so I thought fine... but we're rejected at the Stadium Scanners as forgeries. We tried various scanners and supervisor confirmed they were counterfeit. Rang and emailed countless times more... finally they spoke to me but refuse to accept they were forged. Now have to take up with credit card company. UPDATE... the response from them is a nonsense. The tickets failed at the scanners because they were counterfeit. Please see that there is another post here who was sold forged tickets for this game... they rang yesterday to offer me Slovenia Tickets... struggling to get players to attend that, never mind fans!
