The worst service one can imagine! They cancelled my order due to "external reasons" (Gran Derbi tickets) in mid March but they haven't refunded my money yet! After six weeks!
The message I got is as follows:

"Dear client,

Unfortunately, due to external reasons we didn't receive the tickets we ordered for your football match, and we cannot provide you with the tickets that you requested and ordered for the match FC Barcelona vs Real Madrid. Therefore according to our Terms & Conditions we will have to cancel your order and give you a full refund. The refund will be processed during the next 3-4 days and will reach your account within the next few days (depending on your bank's procedure).

Again we apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding.

Customer Service"

I wrote them three e-mails and got no response!

They promised me 4 tickets for El Classici. I ordered these in nov 2014. I paid more than 1800 euro and received a order confirmation. Five days before the match they send me a mail that they can't deliver the tickets and that in a few days the money will refund.
Now it is 30 days later and I have still no money back. Every time when I asked where my money is, the answered that it is processing and that I must wait a few more days.

I ordered tickets for El Clasico (22nd March '15) as early as July 2014, but Easysportstickets cancelled the order 17th of March. After to weeks I still havent got my refund. Stay away from these unprofessional company! The total amout is $1010.

You provided to me the tickets for the last game in Barcelona. You make it so easy for me that I am looking forward to buy for the next FC Barcelona Champions League game!

I really appreciate the way they are working, after finish the order received call from the traffic department confirm me when the tickets will arrive, we arrived to the hotel in London 4 tickets was waiting for us for Chelsea v Southampton very nice work, will travel with them in the future for sure!

I bought my tickets in october and now 4 days before the game they sent me an email. They cancelled my tickets and will send the money back. I do not want the money because it is no coming in time to buy new ones anywhere. I want my tickets. They are mys son´s birthdays present. We are so mad and disappointed med easysportsticket. Cannot believe at I paid över thousand dollars for my ticket to El Clasico in Barcelona and now cannot whatch the match. I am sure at they took my tickets and sld more expensive.
Really really sad.

I really enjoyed the game of FC Barcelona last Sunday! I received electronic tickets into my email address. And they offered to me as well other services in Barcelona to enjoy the city such as tours and Camp Nou Experience. I really recommend this website.

We enjoyed the Christmas watching 3 games Tottenham Man united and Chelsea, bought the tickets from easysportstickets, high quality of service great tickets.

I bought tickets for Dec 26 game - Arsenal v. QPR. I was nervous after reading negative reviews but I have to say this company really came through for us. The tickets arrived in plenty of time and the seats were GRRRREAT! It cost a lot but was worth every penny to surprise my husband with such wonderful seats for his favourite team!
