After reading all the reviews I had concerns about the tickets I ordered the Barcelona game on my reservation number *******, after we got the tickets to our apartment in Barcelona all my fears have been removed. We reached the venue and we were surprised to discover the tickets really are such good places, I have to admit that the company has done a good job!

I bought 2 tickets for the World Cup Final 22. 04. 14, paing 4 168 Euro, order *******. The day before the final, 12. 07. 14 I got a message that they did not got the tickets from the seller and that I would not get the tickets. The message was that the refund should be paid to me in 30 days. Still no refund or answer after 4 mails to Easysporttickets.

Dont trust this vendor!

Just came back from amazing game, i saw Liverpool won 3:0 in London.
I received the tickets to my hotel just in time. I ordered Category 1 premium received tickets in the center, very good seats, i recommend.

I just got back from an AMAZING trip to the UK to watch the Champions League Arsenal v Besiktas. I bought the tickets from easysportstickets and wanted to thank them for the excellence service they provided me. My son was thrilled with the seats and his dream came true seeing the game at Emirates. I booked the tickets online and they were delivered the day before the game at our hotel. Easy transaction, I give them a 10!

I was very dubious buying tickets as there are some bad reviews on here but i got tickets for barca v Elche and i would use again, i paid only 10% over the face value only 125 euro to seat in the lateral first floor i recommend very good prices, thanks i am very happy with Easysportstickets services...

I bought from Easysportstickets tickets for me and my family for the Chelsea game on Saturday, i was very impressed from the service and the efficiency of the nice people from their customer service department (I spoke with David & Karol).
I was afraid that we wouldn't be able to seat together because they can only guarantee seating in pairs, but eventually they did every effort they could and the 4 of us sat together and really enjoyed the match.
I will recommend Easysportstickets to everyone and I will definitely order from them again.

I bought tickets for a Quarterfinal and the Semifinal for the World Cup in Brazil a year in advance. Despite calling them at least twice a day for the two weeks before both events, the tickets were not delivered, even though they told me up to the day of the event that the tickets were going to be delivered. I incurred a lot of costs in order to attend the matches, as the only reason I traveled to Brazil was to attend the World Cup matches.

They sent me an email days after the event to let me know that in fact the tickets were not delivered! Additionally, the email stated that they would return my money to my credit card within 30 days. The 30 days have passed and the money still has not been refunded, and they will not answer my emails regarding this matter.

I never got my tickets for the World Cup Final Match and you promised to make the refund at the latest 30 days after. I am still waiting, eventhough it´s more tan 30 days, I have sent various emails and received no answer to them. I have tried calling and nobody answers. Will I be getting my money back? Order *******.

My family and I bought Vip Hospitality tickets for the Spanish Super Cup Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid, we arrived to the hotel and the tickets was waiting us in the reception, the seats was great and we enjoyed the best hospitality in very high level in the bernabeu stadium. In addition, we done stadium tour.
Thanks to EasySportsTickets service we were so happy, i sure i come back again!

I placed an order for 2 tickets to the World Cup in Rio de Janeiro, order #*******. They said that if I didn't receive tickets, I'd get a refund within 30 days after the game (July 13th).
Not only did I never receive tickets to the world cup; I still have not received a reimbursement – over a month later (worth thousands of dollars). Every single time I call customer support (and I've called over a dozen times) they hang up on me. Or they say they're transferring me to the finance department, and then hang up.
You can see a response from Adam C [EasySportsTickets Rep] below…. Both times I emailed to this address, the mail bounced back to me.
I am already consulting a legal team. Don't order from EasySportsTickets unless you enjoy losing your money, time, and patience.

The seats was brilliant, we received seats in the club level area in the center of the pitch.
Arsenal win in the last min of the game it was amazing, we arrived to london Friday morning in flight the tickets was waiting us in the Hotel reception exactly like they promised. I sure i will buy from them again.

I ordered from them tickets for Today match Manchester United v Swansea, I only got the tickets 3 days before the game but I have to admit I only did arrive at my hotel on Friday, so this is fine. I saw they still have tickets for the Spanish Super Cup - so If I can manage flying out to Spain from Manchester this week I will certainly book with them again. All in all: great game, good seats and the price wasn't too bad.

I ordered tickets for FC Barcelona football Club as well, the price i paid was almost the same as the face value. Very efficient, and with high moral standards. The girl i spoke to throughout the whole order process was also very kind and patient. Would recommend to anyone!

Potential customers have to be warned. In March, I ordered 3 tickets for tennis matches at the French Open (for $ 1,182). The tickets never arrived even after five (very expensive) phone calls in various countries in which I was promised that the tickets will be delivered on time. The staff at the service center were extremely dubious and tended to laugh at my worries. Two hours before the event, the “accounting department” finally admitted that they never had these tickets and assured me that I would be refunded the money, which I had already paid. Up to this day, this money has not arrived either, the company has even stopped to answer my e-mails, and I am still waiting for any reaction. After all these experiences, I am not even sure if this company really exists.
