Bought 4 of SKU: ******* ZHISHUNJIA E27 12W 1000lm 6000K 24 x SMD 5630 LED White Light Lamp Bulb - White + Golden (85~265V)

I measured power consumption which was supposed to be 12 Watt but it was only 3 light output was comparable to a 20 watt incandescent bulb not a 100 watt bulb it should be.
At these specs this bulb is a horrible deal. Returns are made so difficult it is not worth your effort.

Posting a negative review on the website was not possible.

I CAN NOT STATE THIS MORE CLEARLY
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Absolutely disgusted with the service received from dx.com

First issue - I made a purchase and the order got stuck at payment processing even though I had received an email to say payment had been completed and my credit card charged. It took multiple attempts for someone to escalate this and realise it was an issue. Previously I had been told "just wait longer".

Second issue - I was given an tracking number and a link to Toll website. When I tried to track the item it came back as invalid number. After trying for 4 days I spoke to Toll who advised the tracking number was invalid and to speak with dx.com. When I spoke with customer service I got the usual response "just wait longer" even though Toll had advised that the tracking would have updated on their site 24 hours after sending (if it had been sent). dx.com customer service says it takes up to a week for the tracking number to appear on Toll website - who is not telling the truth?

Third Issue - the customer service representative that I spoke to said that delivery time was 7-11 days (after handling). When I pointed out that the website says 3-5 days for my item she said that was not normal and that 7-11 days (more than double the time) was how long it usually takes. This is plain dishonest to underquote the time for delivery.

Fourth Issue - with this poor experience I requested to speak with a supervisor and the representative refused to escalate.

Fifth Issue - After being told to "wait longer", I have now been told that my items have been "returned to warehouse". If the previous representatives cared they would have been able to determine the item was not in transit like they said it was. They cannot tell me why it was returned but have offered to resend. How do I know if it is going to be returned again if they cannot tell me why first was returned?!? The chat service at DX.com is useless. They do not want to assist at all and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor.

DISGUSTING company to deal with!

Order arives months late

Like everyone else here has said, their shipping is terrible. Only order if you are fine with your item ariving after half a year, or never at all.

I have used DealExtreme for over five years. I quickly adapted to the fact that their items can sometimes take eight or nine weeks to arrive, and simply made sure that I ordered items that were not urgent. From dozens of orders, the occasional one failed to show up within ten weeks, and their customer services immediately resent the same SKU as soon as I contacted them. All was well... until this year. For some reason they have started using "Malaysia Post" (DX are not in Malaysia; I am not in Malaysia). Using Malaysia Post (let's call them MalPost) seems to have the same effect as flinging the packages into a black hole. They've simply stopped arriving.

No problem. Ask for them to be resent, right?

Customer services this year has been brilliant. Absolutely incredible. As long as all you need is someone to respond in broken English "please wait some time" again and again and again, they are PERFECT. If, on the other hand, you actually need some, y'know, SERVICE, then you're out of luck.

Perhaps the DX.com forums can help? Nope. It seems that if you say anything bad about DX.com on the feedback forums, you are immediately trolled by a small (but overwhelmingly pathetic) mob of unemployed freaks, who depend on their six dollars of DX.com affiliate credit each month to such a great extent that they virtually live to ridicule anyone who suggests that DX.com could possibly bear responsibility for DX.com packages failing to arrive with their customers. It seems that the actual DealExtreme staff even encourage this incredibly offensive barrage of educationally-subnormal jibes and logic that would stump even The Riddler from the 1960s Batman TV show.

Tl; dr - DX.com bad bad

I have ordered several items from dx in the past, normally ipod leads and the like, that are $2-5 each. These arrive ok, very slow delivery but not being in a rush it didn't worry me.

I decided as they seamed ok to order a couple of Android tablets, what a hell of a mistake that was to do! I placed an order, 3 days later they decided to tell me they were out of stock of the item, do I want to wait a week or so for restock or cancel the order. I waited, 2-3 days later they inform me it was now in stock but the manufacturer had ran out of headphones, did I want it without the headphones or cancel? (how does a manufacturer run out of something its manufacturing?) I said I'd still have it, as the headphones were probably rubbish anyway.

Then 24hours later they inform me that the units are now in stock with headphones and would be shipped out of the Western Australia warehouse on Monday (a public holiday). Surprise, surprise they weren't shipped that day, subsequently I received another notification the units are now out of stock again! I contacted DX again and talked to Twinkle (yes apparently it is his real name) and restocking will take up to 2 weeks. So I looked else where for a suitable unit which I found so contacted them once again to cancel. This time I got the pleasure of Summer, I said I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund, to which she said I can't its been shipped. WHAT? I spoke to Twinkle less then 5minutes ago and its out of stock. She had completely ignored everything I had said and checked a completely indiscrimante order that could of been anything for anyone because it certainly wasn't in any of my order history. Now eventually I'm getting a full refund, however I'll believe it when I see it in my account because this order has been carried out by completely inept people with incredibly poor customer service.

If you want to purchase cheap items like computer leads and don't mind waiting 3-4 weeks to get them, go for it. If you want to spend a few $100's on items then don't I sure as hell won't be.
