I bought letv x526 phone that has a broken mic and I contact about the problem and still got no solution
I made an order on FEB-20th. Today is May 5th. So far I didn't receive it.
They told me to wait more two weeks!
I tried to make a (bad) review and they blocked me.

The story began after the purchase of two power banks (SUNGZU "*******mAh", SKU: *******, *******).
I got an order(Number is **************426), but the battery came to me with the differences from the statement on the website of different sizes and differences in the design of the device. Capacity of batteries does not correspond to the stated.(Less 2 times, than it should be.)
This product also did not had the manufacturer's label of SUNGZU.
I had a conversation with a representative (skypemarksungzu) of the production plant of the brand, and he confirmed that Dx.com store simply stole SUNGZU name and uses it not legal.
This store is not only not fulfilled its obligations in front of me, but it also to continue mislead other buyers, using trademark of SUNGZU unlawfully. Dx.com sells counterfeit, it can be dangerous for the consumer, as batteries are a fire hazard product.
Contacting customer support did not give a positive result, the store said that they have a good product. Support team did not respond to any of the questions posed by me. Store also disagrees to refund me money. So I opened the debate at paypal.
I do not recommend buying in this store.

Ordered an antique brass faucet. Looks good and works good! Comes in a box including installation kit for European standards.
The products are very cheap! And for now i have no bad experience with DX. The only con point is the long delivery time (almost a month)

I bought an LED lamp that THEY MUST HAVE KNOWN DIDN'T WORK, because they supposedly test them before they are sent out. Products are being sold by DX.COM to unsuspecting buyers who, in most cases, will just accept that they have lost their money and take it as a lesson. Well, I have learned my lesson. In addition to the 2 MONTHS I WAITED to receive this item, I was sent junk. It shorted out the instant I plugged it in (yes, the voltage rating was correct). I bought a security cam from the site that worked for 28 days before it crapped out on me. Their solution to the problem was to give me $15 store credit and take the camera somewhere to be fixed. Really? $15? Maybe in China. I have had some successful purchases on DX.COM but there are simply too many complications with the orders to continue buying products from this site; dreadfully slow shipping, defective products, difficulties reporting defective products (30 attempts and the page still won't load the DOA report), slow response time, my negative product reviews are never posted (curiously, only the positive reviews are posted), products out of stock when they are listed on the site as in stock, etc. I'm officially done with DX.COM!
I've never seen a more stunning example of incompetence and bad service in my life.
I placed an order and PAYED for a microphone boom arm on October 24th 2013, it is now February 1st (over THREE MONTHS ago) and I have no idea where my order is or if will ever arrive.
I tried their live chat service. Most of the time it's "unavailable". When it is, all they do for me is paste an almost illegible line or text that supposedly shows my order being tracked. They can't speak proper english most of the time so all they do is copy and paste the EXACT same pre-planned responses to every question or comment. I tried using the ticket service which, according to them, will yield a response within 48 hours but I never got any response. I tried calling them (you HAVE to make an international call if you live in Canada and it's not a toll free number) but the number wasn't in service.
This company has taken my money and given me nothing in return; no product, no service, and no explanation. While I have read other reviews from satisfied people, I would STRONGLY advise people to use this site at the risk of being swindled out of their money.
I bought 2 Batteries for DJI for 155$, but i got a fack tracking number, no courier for that tracking number, and now no one answer emails, no one on chatt.
The stuff also diappeared...

Nothing changed this status untill today. But they suggest me just wait two weeks, then again suggest me two more weeks, Later they promised me the solution I wont received the package untill 10 August. But they suggest me wait again one week at 10 August. And now they suggest me wait untill 24 august. And also they blocked to send ticket. I just want to full refund withouth returning shipping cost.
For almost every party that I attend I am buying gifts from dx, there is a lots of good stuff there buy

They tell me to upload CREDIT CARD PHOTO to deal with them after I upload my id already I said too much for me I cannot trust if photo is leak photo database is not like text or digit that can encrypted one way hash key that cannot reverse back to see original information so if someone get to photo keeping data they get all information (I'm a programmer working 30 years)
I cannot get contact on customer support So I will post it here I have an order **************220 on 1/25/2017 Jan 25 on between this period you do nothing until Feb 3 You dx.com cancel my order because I don't send you my credit card photo I chat to your staff that I cannot trust the way you get credit card photo but I upload ad but before that you withdraw my money until today Feb 15,2017 money never refund, Is this make sense? You cancel my order and hold the money about a month for reason checking security? If I cancel you make sense I have to wait but you cancel me and tell me to wait for the money?
Since DealExtreme had positive reviews, I thought I' ;d give them a try with a small order. I ordered an couple of items, paid for the order and expected to have the order in around 20 days as stipulated on the website. I received a notice that the order was shipped out on the 1st March 2013.
After 38 days, there was still no delivery so I inquired about it and received this was the reply:
"Dear Customer,
Your order has been shipped on 3/1/2013 10:23:24 PM. As live tracking numbers are only available for free for orders beyond $15 in value, there is no live tracking available for your order.
Please don't worry,maybe your package is delayed in transit, we will follow it up until you received your package.
Would you mind waiting 10-15 days with patience and see if it will arrive?

I had already given a grace period of almost double the delivery time and complained about this, requested a refund but was just told:
"Delays are usually caused by a backlog of packages or delays in Customs. We thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation with us. You won't get any loss for your order."
Having no choice but to wait, I waited, patiently, up until it was 50+ days later. There was no follow up as stated before so I requested a refund again.
I was then asked to confirm my shipping address, so I confirmed it... After hearing no response after 2 hours, I used LiveChat to inquire about my ticket to be told that I would have to wait 14 hours as it was now after office hours there and no-one could help me.
Today (26th April 2013), I received a reply! A reply that said I must wait another 4-5 days!
At this point in time, my ticket is still open and I am still waiting for a refund.
I am just very grateful that I tested DealExtreme first with a small order.
