Quality phones

Products I ordered came on time, were well packed, shipping costs were reasonable and the product was good quality. Order tracking helped me see package right to front door. If they have what I'm looking for in future I won't hesitate to place an order.

I have purchased over 100 phones from this company. Shipping is same day or next day depending on my payment time. They are very fast to respond to emails. I have had a few defects. Returns have been pretty easy and I always received a refund or exchange. The only negative is their grading scale. Condition is stated as "A/B" condition but they are actually C/D condition, sometimes worse. If you want great condition, you need to purchase the "Grade A" phones which are more. Once you understand this, you just take that into consideration when ordering and everything is good. I wish they would update their grading scale. I will continue to purchase more every couple weeks. Very good supplier.

I Have bought from this company multiple times and you always get what you pay for. This company deals with used devices so its understandable if a phone is sent out and ends up being defective, but they have stood by their products even if one or two devices needed to be returned.

You do pay for return shipping, but they are quick to give you store credit or an exchange in my experience.

My company has sold many of their devices over a couple years and we have not had any customer complaints. I would recommend this company to anyone in a re-sale business.

STAY AWAY

As a phone company I have purchasing from this company a few times. Their is nothing positive to say about anything on this company. They lie on condition, they send phone reported stolen, dead, or wrong carrier. They make the return process as difficult as possible, the only way to get my money was to dispute the CC payment. Never buy from them.

Stay away from them
November 19, 2015

Had loss with more than 1K, that was an order to test the company if its good to deal with then proceed to order larger amounts.

They rip you off, send you garbage phones, totally garbage, they only dream about grade A or B phones, they only have grade Z.

Many broken phones, not tested, no returns, no refunds.

Managed by kids, no customer service.

Just be aware.

I bought from them $6000 worth of phones. All were suppose to be A Grade but were C Grade. Bad imei and 30% were stolen. They were very dirty. They make the process for refund complicated and long. They sell on Swapp.com in the name John Frank and also have a second account with the name Quick wireless and have many complaints from customers. The law firm is collecting all complaints for our lawsuit which will be filed shortly with all other complaining retailer and customers.

I ordered two Samsung Galaxy S4 phones and they said that they could be activated with sprint. But when I took the phones to sprint they told me they had been with another carrier and could not be activated. This was a terrible ordeal for me. I am not sure I will order from them again, their shipping is fast but how can they say that and it not work.

We are wholesale company and we bought already 3 times from Duckfish Electronics in the past few months. Each time we increased the quantity of our order because we were very happy with the quality of what we received.
Their product have a very low defect rate, they are professionally packed and shipping is always fast. Payments are easy to make and their customer service is also very responsive.
Prices are just great, they have great deals going on all the times and we are able to sell the stock quickly. We are ready to make our next wholesale order this week!

Wasted time filing rma return stolen phone only to recieve broken phone. More then once. Redicoulous cost you shipping to recieve then to return. Received one box of phones missing back covers and batteries out of 75 phones 10 may have been working. What a joke

These guys will send you broken devices, refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, and then ignore you. They advertise their wholesale devices as "a/b stock" and it, simply, is not even close. Broken frames, air bubbles under glass/screen, devices with broken lcd have all been sent to me under the guise that they are a/b stock. Then they ask me to pay return shipping all the way back across the country and throw their joke of a warranty policy in my face. This company is what it is, cheap junk accompanied with terrible customer service and business etiquette. DO NOT do business with them if you value your time and money.

Will send you a bunch of physically damaged, defective, stolen, financed, blacklisted, etc... devices, then make you pay to return them. They will also send you product you did not order and make you pay to return that as well. Your order will not arrive in one package. You will have to email and ask where all the missing pieces are and the tracking info. Sometimes it's 1 number sometimes it's 3. You never know. Plan on trying to return something. Be prepared. You will need a 2-3 pictures of each item, and rma form, original invoice, pdf, power point, etc., etc., etc., Just be ready to jump through hoops to try and return something. Most of the time they will partially deny a return. Just so you're forced to keep some of the product. Ya know, I wouldn't try and return it if I actually received a working unit just as I had ordered. We had a rolling $50,000 credit built up with them. How is that an acceptable business practice? Who allows their company to be $50,000 in debt to another from selling damaged and stolen product? Luckily we worked our credit down, took a hit on the remaining amount, just so we could wash our hands of this filth.

I bought the Apple iPod Nano 5th Generation for my granddaughter from Duckfish Electronics. She wanted one and I promised to buy her one for her birthday. I had purchased already from duckfishelectronics.com and I had a great experience with them so this was the first website I checked out. They had what I was looking for and price was excellent too, it was only 54.99 for a used iPod Nano 5th Generation. They also had the pink color my granddaughter really wanted. I immediately placed the order and 4 days later the iPod was delivered. How happy was my granddaughter when she saw what was in the package! The iPod was in great condition and the cable was also included.

I look forward to doing all my Christmas shopping on duckfishelectronics.com this year!
