I bought the Apple iPod Nano 5th Generation for my granddaughter from Duckfish Electronics. She wanted one and I promised to buy her one for her birthday. I had purchased already from duckfishelectronics.com and I had a great experience with them so this was the first website I checked out. They had what I was looking for and price was excellent too, it was only 54.99 for a used iPod Nano 5th Generation. They also had the pink color my granddaughter really wanted. I immediately placed the order and 4 days later the iPod was delivered. How happy was my granddaughter when she saw what was in the package! The iPod was in great condition and the cable was also included.

I look forward to doing all my Christmas shopping on duckfishelectronics.com this year!

These guys will send you broken devices, refuse to take responsibility for their negligence, and then ignore you. They advertise their wholesale devices as "a/b stock" and it, simply, is not even close. Broken frames, air bubbles under glass/screen, devices with broken lcd have all been sent to me under the guise that they are a/b stock. Then they ask me to pay return shipping all the way back across the country and throw their joke of a warranty policy in my face. This company is what it is, cheap junk accompanied with terrible customer service and business etiquette. DO NOT do business with them if you value your time and money.

I had my experience with Duckfish early this year. My home was burglerized in Austin TX and most of my electronics were stolen, including laptops, iphone, etc. I did a search on Craigslist and found several of my laptops for sale with a link to Duckfish. I also found listings in 8 different states by Duckfish for similar products. I called and spoke with Victor. I asked him some general info about the product for sale as if I were interested in buying it. I asked for serial numbers so I could look up the product features. He became very uncomfortable and short saying 'no way'. He hung up on me. Within 1 minute, all postings were removed from Austin Craigslist, including the postings selling my equipment. I tracked him down online and found he sells bad product from various locations around the country, usually drop shipping from private addresses to buyers on CL. The detective told me this was a common practice with organized theives. He may not have been directly involved in the burglery, but he was selling stolen equipment and he knew it. NEVER do business with this outfit.

Hi everyone! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Usually i'm not the type of person that writes reviews, but this website made the exception. DUCKFISHELECRONICS.COM by far has given me the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! When I attempted to purchase an iphone from their site, they declined the transactions due to the possibility of the transaction being "fraud". So, they sent me an email saying I had to provide them with a copy of my license and credit card for proof of identity. At first, I was skeptical about doing it, but I was really anxious to get a phone. There company claims their electronics are Grade A condition 10/10 quality and 30 return/exchange policy; well that's a lie. When I received my iphone 4, the condition (cosmetically) was a 1/10. The phone was so scratched that the screen was barely visible. The phone is also defective, it wont turn on at all. I've been trying to get a hold of them for more than a week now and they have not responded. I've emailed them multiple times, called and tried to chat with them online and no response. Very poor customer service and super shady that they haven't answered. SO DON'T PURCHASE YOUR ELECTRONICS ON THIS SITE! DON'T PROVIDE THEM WITH YOUR INFO. NOT SURE IF THIS SITE IS LEGITIMATE
