I Have bought from this company multiple times and you always get what you pay for. This company deals with used devices so its understandable if a phone is sent out and ends up being defective, but they have stood by their products even if one or two devices needed to be returned.

You do pay for return shipping, but they are quick to give you store credit or an exchange in my experience.

My company has sold many of their devices over a couple years and we have not had any customer complaints. I would recommend this company to anyone in a re-sale business.

We have place a $6849. 23 order for phones
They send us a lots of not working phone and some phone we don't even order.
They call it substitutions but never ask if we need them.
They give us 2 Samsung S7 for substitution 2 Samsung S8 we paid for order. And they call it fair substitution and never ask if we agree.
At the end. We have $2008 dollar product missing for no reason.
The "shipment 4" in attach don't even match what they said. It is not iphone6s+ but Samsung s6 and s7.
We got some s6 s7 them don't even work for "Substitutions"
We contact RMA department they don't even admit s6 s7 come from them even we do have the shipping list the Duckfish sales send to us.

Their equipment is used and we share same values for our environment of Green and recyclable electronics. This company is helping the environment with great service. We have had consistent service and understand that sometimes used equipment may malfunction. They have great return policy.

I have purchased over 100 phones from this company. Shipping is same day or next day depending on my payment time. They are very fast to respond to emails. I have had a few defects. Returns have been pretty easy and I always received a refund or exchange. The only negative is their grading scale. Condition is stated as "A/B" condition but they are actually C/D condition, sometimes worse. If you want great condition, you need to purchase the "Grade A" phones which are more. Once you understand this, you just take that into consideration when ordering and everything is good. I wish they would update their grading scale. I will continue to purchase more every couple weeks. Very good supplier.

I bought the Apple iPod Nano 5th Generation for my granddaughter from Duckfish Electronics. She wanted one and I promised to buy her one for her birthday. I had purchased already from duckfishelectronics.com and I had a great experience with them so this was the first website I checked out. They had what I was looking for and price was excellent too, it was only 54.99 for a used iPod Nano 5th Generation. They also had the pink color my granddaughter really wanted. I immediately placed the order and 4 days later the iPod was delivered. How happy was my granddaughter when she saw what was in the package! The iPod was in great condition and the cable was also included.

I bought from them $6000 worth of phones. All were suppose to be A Grade but were C Grade. Bad imei and 30% were stolen. They were very dirty. They make the process for refund complicated and long. They sell on Swapp.com in the name John Frank and also have a second account with the name Quick wireless and have many complaints from customers. The law firm is collecting all complaints for our lawsuit which will be filed shortly with all other complaining retailer and customers.

I dropped my iPhone 5s in water last week and it never turned on again. I don't know how this happened but the damage was done and I was desperate. I tried to have it fixed but apparently there was nothing to do. So I went online looking for used iPhones on sale and I came across duckfish electronics online store. Prices were affordable and they had so many models on sale. I choose the same model I used to have and after 4 days it was delivered to my house. Only a few scratches here and there but the condition was great overall. Great quality and fast shipping: this was exactly what I needed. Thank you duckfish. I promise I will take good care of my iPhone this time.

I ordered two Samsung Galaxy S4 phones and they said that they could be activated with sprint. But when I took the phones to sprint they told me they had been with another carrier and could not be activated. This was a terrible ordeal for me. I am not sure I will order from them again, their shipping is fast but how can they say that and it not work.

Had loss with more than 1K, that was an order to test the company if its good to deal with then proceed to order larger amounts.

They rip you off, send you garbage phones, totally garbage, they only dream about grade A or B phones, they only have grade Z.

Many broken phones, not tested, no returns, no refunds.

Managed by kids, no customer service.

Just be aware.

As a phone company I have purchasing from this company a few times. Their is nothing positive to say about anything on this company. They lie on condition, they send phone reported stolen, dead, or wrong carrier. They make the return process as difficult as possible, the only way to get my money was to dispute the CC payment. Never buy from them.
